Although the information states that this is an exfoliating body bar, the packaging I received was labeled as hydrating shampoo with instructions on the box on how to apply to hair. A barcode was affixed to the box and that said it was a body bar, but the box itself stated otherwise. The bar has a nice scent, but not knowing if this is for the skin or for the hair is a problem that renders this something I’m not willing to try on either my hair or my skin.

Here’s what I like about this soap – it is serious in sloughing off dead skin which I especially needed for my feet and elbows. I like that it’s made in the US and is crafted with sustainability in mind. This soap is not for sensitive skin and should only be used once or twice a week according to the instructions. What I didn’t care for about this soap is the fragrance, High Tide. It’s supposed to smell like eucalyptus, black currant and pine, but all I can smell is pine and lots of it. It’s a very ‘manly’ and strong fragrance to me. I can envision using this soap once a month, not the once or twice a week suggested. The body has a lot of dead skin on it and this soap does a good job of removing it. I’m giving it 4 stars because of the overpowering smell.

This is a really nice soap. I ordered it because my son has been wanting an exfoliating soap, and this bar exceeded my expectations. The packaging was very vintage-looking and attractive, as well as being recyclable. The soap itself doesn’t contain any microplastics, and it’s vegan; the exfoliating bits are pumice. The scent is my favorite part, though. The box describes it as “eucalyptus, black currant, and pine.” It smells like a forest, but not that in-your-face, fake pine you get from a Christmas candle, like actual trees. I recommend this bar for exfoliation, as well as for anyone looking for a gender neutral scent.

Used it as soap anyways. Smells really nice, lathered well with a loofah but not well without. Wish I got the right item lol oh well.
Pickle for a nickle –
I absolutely love this exfoliating body bar. The 3-in-1 exfoliator leaves my skin feeling smooth and revitalized. The High Tide fragrance is refreshing and not overpowering, and the eucalyptus provides a soothing experience. My skin feels clean, hydrated, and rejuvenated after each use. I highly recommend giving this body bar a try for a refreshing shower experience.

I was not literally expecting this to feel like I was at the beach. The tree scent gives me slight forest vibes, but overall, this bar definitely takes my mind to the sea. The exfoliation with the sand is amazing, and the lather is so rich and thick, this is so easy to spread a little soap all around, and is great for doubling as a shaving cream.

This is verrrrry much on the rough side for exfoliation so use it gently!! I like that but it may not be for everyone. The bar is a generous size and it smells really good, plus the presentation/design is really nice.

Good Time exfoliating body bar 3 in 1 Hide Tide fragrance eucalyptus single. Vegan, paraben free, plastic free, silicone free, sulphate free, cruelty free. I love the packaging’s design. The scent is piney and fresh, as advertised. The bar is a bit narrow/shallow for the cost, imo. However, it WORKS!
I got this for my hubby as he gets bad acne on his face and back. He’s tried many different exfoliating products but this is his favorite. I do think it’s far too harsh for the average person. He described it as feeling like “sand paper”. I touched it and could feel the roughness and little jagged bits of black pebbles(?). He had scratches from it on his back after use, so use it wisely. On the other hand, I felt his skin afterwards and it felt like BUTTER!!! He readily agreed it’s the smoothest it’s ever felt.
Like I said, I wouldn’t use it on myself— too rough, but it does wonders if you have bad skin. My main complaint is it’s really pricey.
