Don’t listen to the gossip about These ACV gels working to reduce fat. It’s not going to work unless you exercise and hardly eat . If you are a diabetic, it won’t hurt you, but it won’t help you too. So— if you a disabled (can’t exercise) and you are are overweight, don’t waist your time. Try a MCT instead.

I’ve reordered these 2x. Although they are expensive, these gummies are the first that I’ve found help suppress my appetite. I eat a healthy breakfast , and then use the gummies for the rest of the day. Evening is the most difficult, but drinking water helps. I’ve lost 15 lbs in 5 weeks. Before using the gummies, I had ask the Dr for something to help and she said there wasn’t anything she could suggest. I was 53 pounds overweight and with these gummies I’m getting closer to my ideal weight
