It was suggested I add beets to help naturally lower blood pressure, but I don’t care for their taste- so I tried these instead. They taste really good for no added sugar. I have noticed some small drops in daily measured BPs. I think I’d probably need to consume more daily to see a significant difference, but they do seem to work.

Man, these are tasty. I look forward to taking them each day. The best part of that is that the alternative – drinking or eating beets – is disgusting to me.
The label and bottle seem professional and well done. The gummies are tasty, not sticky or chalky, and a nice gumminess level. They are maybe a little more firm than average.
I think these work almost as well as consuming the real thing. I’m happy with them and would recommend this product.

I love beets and all the benefits that are supposed to come with beets but they are so expensive and honestly there are just so many times you can eat beets in a week! This is definitely an easier cheaper way to get your beets (plus hawthorn berries and l-citrulline)
They have peach flavoring added, I don’t like peach flavor, but these taste good. They are sweet. No bad aftertaste. The listing says to take one gummy up to two times a day… But the bottle just says take two gummies per day. So I’m not sure if there’s a difference between taking two at a time or taking one twice a day? I can’t yet comment long-term results but so far they taste good and they’re easy to take! Also, they’re very reasonably priced compared to buying beets, Or even other beet supplements. My current beet supplement is a powder and I tend to not drink that very often, This is much easier and convenient.

Betalains reduce inflammation and may help protect against cancer and other diseases.” A 2-gummy serving of these contain 500 mg of beetroot. They also have 400 mg of hawthorn berries, which are a “nutrient-rich fruit with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.” And they “may help lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar, as well as improve skin health and digestion.” Good stuff. Lastly, a 50 mg dose of L-Citrulline, which might help improve blood flow and reduce blood pressure. This is a 60-gummy bottle, so you’re getting a month’s supply. Each serving is 20 calories but is sugar-free. And they taste good too, like a little treat. I’m a fan.

It’s often difficult to tell sometimes whether or not a supplement is working or helpful, especially if you’re taking more than one type of supplement, but I think this one might actually be providing some benefit. This supplement is 3 in 1 with the beet juice, Hawthorne extract and l- citrulline, and while they have lowering blood pressure as a common benefit, they each have other unique potential benefits. For example Hawthorne berries may help with anxiety, and I’m noticing that effect. While I don’t know if these are helping with my blood pressure as I don’t check my blood pressure, I do know these seem to help with circulation especially to my hands and feet, which could have something to do with blood pressure. I dinged this a star because while this seems to show some positive effect, and it is less expensive than similar products, overall it’s too expensive to justify longterm use.

The texture and the taste are a little off putting. They are not inedible or anything, but if you are choosing to eat gummies rather than eating actual beet roots, it’s probably because you do not like the taste of beets. The gummies were harder than I expected, so expect to chew longer.

These beetroot gummies have a delicious peach flavor that goes really well paired with the natural flavor of beets. I like that I can take 1 or 2 a day depending on my needs. I recently started a swim routine that can leave me drained. These gummies have definitely helped my stamina. The addition of l-citrulline and Hawthorne berries is great for muscle recovery as well. 2 gummies have no sugar and 20 calories. These are also gelatin free. Recommended.

These are delicious and easy to take. Soft and chewy, not overly hard or sticky like some gummies can be. The flavor is a pleasant artificial fruit that doesn’t distinctly taste like any particular fruit to me, more like a mixed fruit.
