For health supplement gummies, which have become a huge market in my short lifetime (just north of 40 years of age), I think taste is probably the most important factor in getting people to try your product. It really should be the actual nutritional content, but let’s face it: things that ‘healthy’ and ‘medicinal’ at same time…if it doesn’t taste good, it’s hard to swallow, or want to swallow for that matter. Enter such supplements as these ‘vegan’ gummies. The taste is excellent (not candy level, but maybe right below it!). So you’ll have no problem getting this down, if adult, or child, or athlete, or senior citizen, etc.
I decided to try these as the winter months are upon us. Nothing like a little extra Vitamin C (water soluble so you can take as much as you want…your body will excrete what it doesn’t need) and Vitamin D (fat soluble so you can only take so much a day…your body stores this in adipose tissue if not used) and the mineral zinc to boost your body’s drive to stay in homeostasis (balance). The bottle says ‘immune support’ but don’t let that mislead you. The ‘immune system’ is vastly complex and nutritionists/doctors/scientists, etc, if honest, will admit they don’t have it all figured out. But it has been know for quite some time that these two vitamins seem to really give the cells/tissues in the ‘immune system’ help the body recover and heal from various imbalances (sickness). Staying hydrated helps as well. The only weakness in this product is that there actually isn’t as much Vitamin C/D/zinc as I would like in an immune support supplement. They are using the USRDA recommendations, which are actually bare minimums, and quite frankly in my opinion a little outdated. If you do the research you’ll see that the human body often needs much more of various nutrients/minerals/vitamins then is ‘recommended’. So keep that in mind. I would like to see this product with 2-3x the Vitamin C and about 3x the zinc in it. Maybe the company will create another option like that for a seasonal supplement.
All in all, not a bad product and probably generally helpful to all age groups and health levels. Do your best to get your vitamins/minerals from food sources if you can, and use these as aids, but not the main sources. I think the product is a little on the expensive side considering it didn’t have as much vitamins/zinc as I would like, but you do get a fair amount for a one-a-day type product. So give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

These are seriously tasty gummies! The mandarin orange flavor is very strong, just like you get when actuallty eating a fresh orange. However, the gummies DO contain sugar, so if you want to be sugar-free, you won’t want these. Me, I just like that they taste good and deliver the vitamins C, D3, and zinc to help me hopefully keep the winter cooties away. I can truthfully say that I had no ill effects from taking these gummies!
The gummies are very soft and easy to chew– they almost melt away when you start chewing them. They really do taste pretty awesome, so if there are children in the house, keeping them out of sight and out of reach might be a good idea.
The cost/value ratio is very good, in my opinion, and I am impressed enough with the product to have already ordered another bottle.

I was looking for organic vitamins that my kids would enjoy, especially when they’re feeling under the weather. These vitamins are delicious, and my kids love them so much that they want to eat them even when they’re not sick! The only downside is that the bottle gets emptied way too quickly. Highly recommend for picky eaters and parents who want an organic option.
