I purchased for my almost 3 year old to get more Omegas in her diet. She’s super picky, so it was a Hail Mary on whether or not she’d actually like it. She wouldn’t even try it because of the smell. I tried it myself and I have to admit it wasn’t that great. I gifted them to my neighbor who is also on the market for omegas for her 3 kids and she had the same reaction out of 2 of the 3 kids. She said 1 of her kids didn’t have an aversion to it, but also wasn’t thrilled about continuing to take them.

I’m hoping this is a new trend. Take plain, tasteless supplements (creatine for instance) and packing them into a flavorful gummy. These are really good and I look forward to taking them each day. I also love lemon so that helps. My days of swallowing omega 3 capsules is long gone. Bring on the era of gummies!

Wiley’s Finest Plant Powered Nutrition Vegan Omega-3 Gummies are soft and chewable. The Fresh Lemonade Flavor has a sweet, lightly lemony taste without sourness.
There is an smell that reminds me of other Omega-3 type supplements and I can detect it a bit in the flavor. I was unfamiliar with Ahiflower Seed Oil and Algal Oil as sources of Omega 3s and DHA. In the past I have only tried supplements derived from fish or krill oil. I did not notice any problems with taking this vegan sourced supplement.
The packaging notes that this product is made without Artificial Colors, Artificial Flavors, Corn, Dairy, Fish, Gluten, Shellfish, Soy, Wheat or Yeast. Best By Date of the package I received is 12/25.

These have a very lemony, sweet tart (emphasis on the “sweet) taste. Eating them, you can tell if Wiley’s had not paid detailed attention in masking the plant-based source of the omega-3 fatty acids, these omega gummies, certainly, would not be very pleasant to eat — but Wiley’s did – “paid attention.” To my tastebuds, there is a slight aftertaste, and I find them to be just above “tolerable” (note: we all have different tastebud sensitivity). These are gummies, so there is some pulling apart to get your serving. The name of the omega source is “Ahiflower.” It is produced as a non-GMO crop “exclusively” by one company, so it is patented. The “makers” tout it as being an “unrivaled omega source.” It is pricey and delivery was not smooth. I have only been taken them for about 2 weeks and I do notice a very, very slight change in my eyes for the better, but I have also started taking a multi-vitamin daily. The proof will be when I start to notice changes in my skin and hair. Will update this review, IF there are any notable improvements. I would say, this is a purchase you would have to make based on your own consideration.
