Excellent source of Iron packed in a delicious strawberry flavored gummy. I think the flavor is good & sweet! These are vegan, gluten free, and plant based! 12.5 mg of iron per serving. No bad side affects for me!
The dress is very cute. Fits well. But it smells so bad that it’s unwearable w/o washing. I hope I don’t ruin it when I wash it. –
My daughter loves these. I’m thrilled she’s getting the supplemental iron she needs.

UPDATE:
I finished my jar and I am bummed that I don’t have any more. I came back here to consider reordering (tbh, mostly to check the price) but it’s still too pricey for how many I need to take. I have anemia and my doc wants me to shoot for more than 300% of the daily iron rec. and this is kind of on the low end of daily iron percentages. I used to take it twice a day and I quickly ran out.
I will say that this is the best iron gummy I have had so far. It doesn’t have that metal/blood taste that other iron gummies have. I actually started looking forward to my twice daily gummy treat which meant I was doing a much better job of taking my supplements without prompting/nagging by my husband (full disclosure, I don’t eat candy/sugary treats so my take on how much of a “treat” this is may be skewed). I still say the jar smells very weird but the gummies themselves tasted fine.
I think if you have a kid who can’t swallow pills but needs and iron supplement, this gummy will do the trick. For my needs, however, I just can’t justify the price. I can swallow pills so I will have to stick to the boring but more cost-effective pills.

Very pricey (currently $21 for 30 servings with current coupon) for iron. I need to take iron daily because I have anemia so these costs do add up. But I like to rotate between different types of iron bc you never know how well you absorb any one formula.
This jar comes safety sealed and tamper proof. If you take a big sniff in the jar, it smells awful – like plastic or something. But the gummies themselves taste fine. They look very different from the ad picture. They’re more yellow/orange. And the inside isn’t like Gusher (the ad pic makes it look like it will gush like a Gusher). The inside is slightly less firm then the outside, but it’s basically the same.
I like setting a jar of Iron in gummy form on my bedside table because it’s easy for me to reach over and chew a couple while getting ready in the morning.
The additional vitamin c is perfect bc you need that to absorb the iron. Looks great overall. And it’s pretty tasty – esp. considering it is vegan. My biggest concern is the price.

I need iron regularly, being deficient in this mineral, and have taken supplements for a while now. These vegan sugar-free gummies are a good way to add to my daily health needs. The bottle came well-sealed and had an expiration date on my lot of Sept 2026. I received 60 gummies, and the listed dosage is 2 a day. The taste of the gummies was good, and the texture seemed normal for others I’ve had. They also have an oxygen absorbent to keep the product fresh.
I like that these are third-party tested, non-GMO, made in a GMP-certified plant in the USA.
I like that they included a chelated iron version that is gentler on the stomach. They also have a whole food blend and have many other nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. I also like that they are sweetened with stevia, monk fruit, and strawberry extracts. They also appear to have extra absorption. This seems to be a good supplement that I hope meets my needs.

I am terribly anemic and on iron supplements. You know what they do to your system-not fun. I already have IBS so especially not fun. Absolutely zero digestive upset with these. Plus all kinds of added nutritional benefits with added vitamins. I will never go back to the ones my doctor recommended! ha

As a female vegan, it’s always a challenge for me to get enough iron.
These Vegan Iron Supplement Gummies are made with gentle, highly absorbable chelated iron bisglycinate (also known as magnesium bisglycinate). The chelated for of iron tends to be easier on stomach and non-constipating – and I personally have had no issues. The Vitamin C increases absorption. Love the added organic ingredients as a bonus and I can still take my daily vitamin (it has no iron) with these.
I’m seeing more of these gummies that have a liquid-filled center to lock in the nutrition. I agree with the idea that protecting the key ingredients (that can get reduced with exposure to air) might improve the bioavailability of the ingredients. The texture is a bit different from the usual bear shaped gummies, but these taste really good (from the natural strawberry flavor and stevia), do not stick to my teeth, and do not have a lingering after taste.
The ingredients are completely spelled out and these Vegan Iron Supplement Gummies are made in a USA GMP facility with lab testing to ensure purity and dose. I no longer order supplements without this level of quality as over the counter supplements are not regulated by FDA.
These gummies are working really well for me and I will order them again.

Taste wise, these are pretty solid gummies. I also like that they have a lower number of iron milligrams, as to not hurt my stomach, which is what typically happens with iron supplements. Weirdly enough, the gummies are also very pretty. They’re a clearish/light pink exterior, and darker pink interior. They are chewy, without gelatin or other animal manufactured byproducts.
The container is easy to open and grab a couple gummies. and be on your way. I like that they have vitamin c in them as well to help absorb the iron.
These are well manufactured gummies, in my opinion
