Damn tasty sour apple gummy flavor, but the main consideration here is the dosage size. I’d start with around 2.5 to 3 mgs to start because you might have a negative reaction or shock your body with all that extra Folate running around your body.
Most studies I looked up or perused started around 2mgs and went up to ~10mgs. So, if you use this properly you can get a lot of bang for your buck and stretch this out for months if need be. I personally didn’t have any negative side effects, maybe, because I titrated up slowly and feel comfortable with a 1/3 dosage daily.
Another consideration is to check to see if you actually have a deficiency in Folate. I discovered mine from a genetic health profile I did and it basically said I was inefficient at using Lmethfolate and that supplementation might be helpful.
7/10 Would recommend using it sparingly and titrated. Hope this review is helpful.

The bottle comes in a box that barely has enough room for the bottle, so it is basically retail packaging that you might need to flatten, as it has extra documentation that you might need later on. You may need a pointed object to break off the outer seal and inner seal. The gummies themselves are a little firm, but they do taste great with the flavor designated on the product headline, which is apple for this gummy.
These gummies are rather pricey, but if you do need these supplements that are listed on the bottle, then they are a great tasting way to include in your diet. Thank you for reading!

I’ve tried several products from this company and this is one of the few that I really can’t comment on. The quality is great. Flavor is good and the gummies are easy to swallow. There are no side effects or other issues. However, does it work? I can’t comment on that. I really have no idea if it helps or not. I went through the whole bottle, taking the supplement as directed, but I am still not sure if I felt a difference. Perhaps using it long would help. I still recommend this product simply due to the quality and reputation from the manufacturer.

These gummies are relatively small, tasty, and they come out of the bottle easily.
I find the taste pleasant although not overwhelmingly so. They are certainly easy to take.
I do feel sharper when I take them, so they seem effective.
I love that they are vegan and non-GMO.
I feel like at Amazon’s current price of just under $15, it’s a relatively good value.
It’s a great gummy to have in your supplement arsenal.
