By way of disclaimer I know Dr. Farooq and am already a fan of his work in perfecting gut healthy products. Since the time, I heard about the first edible gummy containing Flax seed, I know this would be the best way of consuming the healthiest fiber that is available. None of the other products out in the market have such high quality mixture of ingredients with pre and probiotics.
I ordered 4 bottles. Thanks to Amazon, shipping was seamless and fast. When I opened the bottle, I saw a tastefully labeled product with all the information that I was looking for. The twist cap had paper seal. Lid had a QR code when scanned took me to more information.
The gummies themselves were the best tasting gummy I have had. The gummies felt moist and fresh, chewy but not sticky, with just the right amount of crunch. The taste was sour and sweet with just the right amount of intensity to be enjoyable. It was tempting to have more than two gummies (recommended amount-total count of 60 per bottle).
Each serving has 5g of high quality fiber that doesn’t make you bloated or gassy. Best part are the additional ingredients that I keep on ‘not’ taking. It has Elderberry, Turmeric & Black Currant (antioxidant- Coloshield) in addition to 1 Billion CFU per serving of colobiome. It contains prebiotics. All the goodness condensed into 2 amazingly delicious gummies.

For years I’ve tried to consistently take Metamucil but have been unsuccessful. Drinking it on its own is gross, and taking the pills is a hassle because you have to take so many.
The ColoFlax gummies a great because they’re simple to take, and they taste delicious. 2 Coloflax gummies provide as much dietary fiber as 12 Metamucil pills. I’m not taking 12 pills a day.
I’ve been eating these gummies for a week and my bowel movements have been solid. I like that it has pre and probiotics too.
Overall it is a good source of fiber and other important nutrients, all in one great tasting easy to consume gummy. So long Metamucil!

Overall, this supplement serves my needs well. Fiber, probiotic, prebiotic, antioxidants. I wish it had a little bit more fiber in it. Additionally, the gummies tend to be a bit sticky.

I got mine from Amazon and they are delicious. Lightly sweet and Tart with a nice soft texture with flecks of flax. Very good. I typically have sensitive tummy issues and after eating these for a week+ I don’t feel as bloated or left with that lingering uncomfortable (noisy) gut. I am glad I bought these so is the family as they too are eating them so will I have to buy more :). So far I think it’s a great product and it replaces a few of my other side supplements. So a few less pills to swallow a day. Give this product a try. I’m sure you’ll spot the benefits before long. Hope this helps ^_^

This may be TMI but I think it’s relevant to these fiber gummies. I used to go every 4 days but these put me on track to almost every day. There’s no side effects like having diarrhea or running to the bathroom. Will be ordering these monthly!

My order arrives quickly with the Prime option, and after a couple of months ordering, I think I will start using the Subscribe and Save because I keep running out! (The rest of the family is starting to take the gummies too, and because it’s so tasty, I don’t have to fight anyone to have theirs, only have to remind – even myself – not to eat more than two per day!) This order was for the discounted double pack. Came bubble wrapped in a cardboard box. The two bottles are shrink wrapped and secured together. Immediately noticed a change in my BMs. A+ for regularity. I am happily supplementing the fiber in my diet daily with ColoFlax.
