These really work. I have definitely noticed a significant difference in bloating. It has been a game changer. I even went a while without taking it to see if it really was this product helping me…. And it was. As soon as I resumed I noticed the bloating went away again.

I was very excited to try this product since it was advertised everywhere I looked. I bought this product because I get disabling cramps during my period. Also, I get bad mood swings a couple of days before I get my period. I was hoping for a cure for both of these issues. Instead, I began to get spotting in an unusual color that I was not used to, and nothing else had changed. I thought it may have been an early period but my period has always been regular and on point, I was spotting only a week and a half after my period, and then again a week after that. I also had cramps the entire time I was taking it when the spotting would start. My mood got so bad it ended my relationship. My ex told me that I had been constantly ramping up for the past couple of weeks and he couldn’t understand how everything was becoming his fault. I stopped taking the pills after the spotting but the damage is still here and now I am working on fixing what this product broke within me and my life. Something that was supposed to do me good did me so much harm. I am currently on my actual period now, the pain is immense, and it’s not a regular flow like it was before. I can only hope that my body will return to normal from not taking this garbage with time. This product is a serious game changer! My periods were always heavy, long, and came with pretty severe mood swings and cramping. Since taking these gummies, my last 2 periods have been accompanied by reduced symptoms. Lighter flow, less cramping, and more even moods. The gummies have a pleasant taste, and are not chalky at all. Just make sure to take your package inside right away when it’s delivered…my package was outside for a period of time and they melted a bit and stuck together.
