Nine times out of ten, I’m a gummy guy. They are usually delicious and easy. On the surface, this is no different. It combines the complex flavor of shilajit with a more widely and easily palatable fruity flavor. The texture is good. There’s no chalkiness like other gummies out there.
The problem is that unlike other gummies, it doesn’t quite have the same effects as the real thing for me. Shilajit is a tar that is traditionally consumed as a tea. I personally really enjoy this flavor. When I consume an equal serving as a gummy, I personally only only get about 1/3 of the effect and find myself missing the aroma.
That being said, these are awesome to have on hand when I don’t have time to brew a cup of shilajit. If you hate the taste and trouble of shilajit but want some of the health effects, these will probably be the way to go for you.

The gummies are a real dark brown but they look like normal gummy bears in shape and size. These are suppose to be a cherry flavor but the flavor is very light and not very noticeable. I still think the taste is good as they a a little sweet in flavor. If your looking for a quick and easy way to add Shilajit to your diet these are it. The value here in a 45 day supply might be ok for some because they are so easy to take. Thumbs up!

I only have a few requirements for my gummy supplements. #1 is ingredients. Because if it doesn’t have good ingredients, I’m not going to bother with it. #2 is flavor because if it tastes terrible, I won’t force myself to eat them. #3 Not a deal breaker but I prefer sugar free or very low.
It passes #1 for me with flying colors. Great ingredients. Butto my taste buds, the flavor is not very good and then it lingers with an aftertaste. This is the third or fourth Shilajit supplement I’ve tried. If I hadn’t tried the others, I could convince myself to take these each day because while it isn’t particularly pleasant tasting it isn’t so horrible that it would be torturous. But since I’ve already tried others with no or low sugar and they tasted great, I don’t see myself forcing these down. Now they do all have somewhat different ingredients and I really do like the combination in this one, but not enough when I know there are other options that I will actually enjoy taking. Very happy to see that it has no sugar.
