I’m always looking to improve the appearance of my skin as well as my digestive health, so I felt that this probiotic product from Neotonics was worth a try. When you remove the cap and open the safety seal the product gives off a slightly odd chemical apple aroma. These gummies are purplish in color and have a fairly tender feel and a tart apple taste. The flavor is much better than I expected and overall it’s pleasant. The container has 30 skin and gut gummies (a 30 day supply) that have 2 grams of added sugar per serving. The gummies aren’t too sticky to the touch and they are easy to chew, swallow, and digest. It’s difficult to know how effective the gummies will be since I just began taking them, but hopefully because of the assortment of blended ingredients they will provide some healthy benefits to my skin and my digestive tract over time.

I’m all about the taste, and these are better than most supplements and such, but definitely not the best tasting vitamin/supplement gummies I’ve had.
Maybe it’s the hand lotion I’ve been using more since it turned cold, or the humidifier I’m using, or a placebo effect…or maybe my gut is healthier and it’s manifesting in smoother skin. Either way, my skin is pretty silky since taking these. Correlation? Causation? I can’t know for sure, but if you’re looking for a similar supplement, give this one a try.

I love the convenience of gummy probiotics, and these were great tasting!! I felt like they worked well and helped support my gut health. I tend to only take probiotics when my stomach is bloated or overly full, but they’re great to take on a regular basis, so I try to always have some on hand. I liked these enough that I would order them again. I like the blend of ingredients in these, and that they didn’t stick together.

I’m doing nothing else different in my diet or exercise and I keep gaining weight—4 pounds in the 2 weeks I’ve been taking them. I weighed 133 and only wanted to lose 3 pounds. I feel no difference in my gut, except bloated, and I see no difference in my skin. I didn’t see that they aren’t returnable for what probably is a bogus safety reason. I mean, I’ve returned other supplements. In the trash they go.
