This is not a broad spectrum multi vitamin, but it does provide additional vitamins for a diet that is reasonably good, which may be lacking in a few areas. I truly like that the nutrients aren’t really mega doses (does anyone really need 5,000% of their RDA of ANY vitamin?). Of note, there is D3 in this gummy, but no K2, which is needed for proper absorption, so be sure to add another supplement containing K2. The taste of these is…tasty! It sure beats the taste of a “regular” vitamin! The texture is OK too- it’s a gummy, so it is going to feel like a candy treat as opposed to a vitamin. If you are sensitive to sugar alcohols, be aware that this is NOT sweetened with Stevia, but with maltitol and sorbitol.

The Nordic Naturals brand is well known, and I really like Sugar free gummy supplements (although I always eat them with food to protect my teeth somewhat), which is why I decided to try these. Although the bottle smells strongly of fruity vitamins, the taste of these soft multivitamin gummies is surprisingly enjoyable (a sweet, ever so slightly tart passion-fruit mango ). What follows is an noncomprehensive review focusing on safety.
The Details
Company Transparency: According to their very complete website, Nordic Naturals is a family-owned company founded by Joar Opheim in 2008. They have a manufacturing plant in Arctic Norway. Their fish oil based products are made from wild, sustainably sourced fish from the South Pacific, Atlantic Oceans, and Norwegian Sea.
Accountability: At their website Nordic Naturals has a Certificate of Analysis look-up where you enter a lot number and can look up the CoA.I looked up these vitamins and was reassured. Their website also says that “ Nordic Naturals products are made in facilities that are certified by NSF International to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).” I was able to verify their NSF certification for their “Select Supplements” facility in California, and they have the NSF logo displayed on their website.
Quality: This is a Zero sugar, stevia sweetened passionfruit mango multivitamin gummy product. As previously mentioned, the scent from the bottle is strong, but the gummies smell fine and I really like the taste (keeping in mind that they are vitamins). Contrary to the label image on the Amazon listing, these are sweetened with Stevia according to the label of the product I received (Yay!).
In summary I’d say that this is a tasty, fresh multivitamin gummy by a company with high transparency, accountability and quality. The bottle expires in December of 2025.

It is sugar free and didn’t upset my stomach. I like the formulation as well.

I was very pleased with these gummy vitamins, they were tasty and much easier to take as a gummy versus a traditional pill. I would often neglect taking vitamins as I would have to drink them with a glass of water every day and would usually skip days, but I actually finished this bottle without missing a day. Another benefit is that these are vegetarian, I believe most gummies are made from animal bones.

These gummies are sweetened with sugar alcohols, sorbitol and maltitol specifically. Each dose consists of two gummy, gumdrop-shaped pieces that are quite tasty. While they’re not so delicious that I’ll eat them like candy, they do have an authentic gummy texture and bite. The ingredients are great, and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste. The bottle arrived well-sealed, and overall, it’s a good product and great value!

This is a great tasting vitamin that provides a wide array of recommended daily vitamins, including vitamins A, C, D3, E, K1 and folic acid to name a few. It contains sugar alcohols, which give it a sweet flavor without an unnecessary blood sugar spike. And the passion fruit mango flavor is very pleasant. The bottle provides a 30-day supply, however I do feel the price is a little bit steep compared to other multivitamin gummies on the market.

These have all the basic plus some added benefits in two gummie servings per day. At the current cost, it is a much more reasonable solution for so many of the things I take daily for overall well being. I do have to add magnesium, B12 and Vitamin D but I have to do that with all multivitamins I take. I like the supplements are third party tested and have certifications that seems this is a good alternative as you know what you are getting. This is a vitamin I have reordered to replace the one I was taking because of too much sugar.

Overall I like the Nordic Naturals brand as I’ve used their fish oil supplements in the past and was ecstatic to try out this new product as this was advertised as zero sugar. Overall I thought the product was okay. The price is comparable to most other big brand name multivitamin gummies (which isn’t cheap), but at the time of writing this review, there was a 5% markdown sale and that helps. It’s too soon for me to tell if there have been remarkable effects, but I can certainly mention that the flavor is interesting. When I first tried the gummies, I noticed the very tart flavor profile, with a chalky/multivitamin aftertaste. A few days later, I noticed the tart shifted to more complex flavors of what I imagine must but the passionfruit natural flavors. After a week or so, I’m further down the bottle and I think it tastes a little better than when I first started the gummies (not so shockingly tart, with more fruity flavor, less chalky aftertaste). I do try to chew these gummies with some fluids and after I’ve had a snack to see if that helps with absorption. Overall, my recommendation is if you’re wanting to try something new multivitamin-wise and like tart flavors, go ahead and try these out. But if you’re not into sour stuff, ignore these and shop around.
