I haven’t taken this long term so I cannot speak to any health benefits. All I can say is they taste good and they use tapioca instead of gelatin.

I was looking for gummy b vitamins specifically but went with this multi because it is one of the few that has the most usable form of b12 (the methylated form) and doesn’t have artificial coloring or flavoring or gelatin. They taste great, never upset my stomach and I’ve bought them three times since!

The flavor is good, but these gummies are absurdly sticky. I have to immediately chew gum and/or brush my teeth after taking them. It is a pain the behind. I will stick with the tablets for future purchases.

Not use to gummies but these dissolved quickly and flavor was good as well. Make sure you read the label, you have to take 3 per day!

Love these gummies! I am 38 yo mom of 3. I have been taking this brand through pre pregnancy, pregnancy & post partum – so many, many years now. Many people (like my husband) would rather swallow a pill then take a gummy. But I LOVE that I can grab these quick and go. Taste is good, tastes like elderberry.
BUT I don’t know why they do 25 day supply – hate that and wish they would just do 30 day (plenty of room in the bottle). Then only thing I noticed vs the standard one daily version, is no calcium or iron in the gummy version – wish it did as most women need to add that to their daily supplements! So fix these two things and perfection!!! 🙂

These are a delicious way to take my vitamins everyday. Not too sugary, not stuffed with sugar to qualify for certain claims, just full of natural nutrients from a brand I trust most in the industry @NewChapter. I really can’t stand that some brands are coated with sugar, especially the ones that pose as “healthy”! And some of those require a dose of 6 gummies a day – S I X. So while I thought getting a 180ct would last awhile, it is only one month supply. If you are looking for the best, this is it.

I love these Multivitamins so much .the taste isn’t bad . It doesn’t upset my stomach . Or make me nauseous. Especially someone who has a hard time swallowing capsules and big pills . This is a great choice . Cause I have a hard time and I’m happy I cam across this product . I recommend it . Love that it has elderberry in it .its good for you .
