I know that some people are sensitive to Ashwagandha, so I thought I would point out that it is in these gummies (which it does show in the listing images). They are tasty and not tacky and are full of so many good ingredients, including no artificial sweeteners. Each serving is 2 gummies, so there are 45 servings. My bottle expires in November 2026.

These inositol gummies are a beautiful ombre shade of blush to red and are supposed to be raspberry flavored. I’m not able to run any studies on the effectiveness of the gummies, but they sure are great to take.
The flavor is not what I would call raspberry, it’s a very adult sort of flowery sweet taste that I really like. If these came in a regular candy, I would buy these a lot because they are so tasty.

These gummies are delicious. A little bigger than a typical gummy. Besides a meaningful amount of Inositol, there are many other ingredients that I am pleased they include like Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin E.
I especially like the Vitamin E they include is d-Alpha (natural) vs. dl-Alpha (synthetic) that so many include.
Looking at the list, I don’t see any negatives and using Xylitol and Maltitol as sweeteners really makes me appreciate this formula that much more.

This listing is for 2 packs of 90 count Inositol gummies. A serving is 2 gummies, so there are 45 servings per container with a total of 3 months’ worth of servings (90) in all. They are in a cute little heart shape, and the texture is good. The flavor is great! It’s supposed to be raspberry-flavored, and it is, kind of, but it almost tastes like rose to me as well. I know, that’s weird, but I taste more than raspberry in it. It’s not off-putting at all. It reminds me of a delicate, fancy flavor that I might expect to find in a lovely tea room. Inositol is great for helping to regulate a female’s cycle, but it is also my go-to supplement when I’m having ruminating thoughts–especially when I’m upset about something & can’t stop thinking about it or replaying it over & over in my head. Inositol helps me break the cycle–very quickly & quietly. The writing on the label is miniscule white on a pink background & exceptionally hard for me to see. However, I’m really pleased with the amounts of B-12, D-3, Folate, Zinc, DIM, and of course, Inositol. I only wish it also contained K-2 to help the D-3 be more bioavailable. There’s not much sense in adding a vitamin without making sure it’s got what’s needed for our bodies to be able to better absorb it…otherwise, at best, you just end up with expensive, vitamin-y urine. I will happily take this every day & plan to purchase more when these 2 jars run out. If I notice any poor effects from them, I’ll come back & report. If first impressions are any indicator of future success, then these definitely have a high chance of great success!
