I am faithful and have been to Sambucus for the last three years, and I can tell you that I do not remember the last time I got sick. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE AND RECOMMEND IT! I buy Nature’s Answer brand as their additional ingredients are three, unlike other brands that add extra sugar or other ingredients. I take the liquid form as the taste does not bother me, but I buy the gummies for my boyfriend, who is not too fond of the strong elderberry taste. I have not tried gummies with kids, but I can assure they would like them. Like the saying says, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away,” well mine is Sambucus a day keeps the doctor away. I will forever be a user of Sambucus.

These taste fine to me and really do have 10x the amount of elderberry as the previous brand I was using, per serving. Great stuff for immunity.
One reviewer noted that they are more of a jelly than a gummy. I would say they are somewhere in between a gummy and jelly. I prefer slightly firmer gummies, but I am guessing that the firmness of other gummies has to do with all the additives they put in them.
The packaging, as another reviewer noted, is a pain. You pretty much have to cut every single one of the individually wrapped gummies in order to access them. That works fine if I am taking them in my kitchen, but if I am traveling or backpacking, it is a pain. Not a big enough issue for me to dock any stars, given the potency and reasonable price.

I’ve been buying this product for about 3 winters now (edit, going on my 4th), my husband and I haven’t gotten sick so we credit the immune boost (and better hygiene practices due to the pandemic). I started buying at a health food store and eventually saw them selling here on Amazon in 3-packs at a more affordable price per box. The formulation recently changed (no fruit concentrate anymore, just nearly double the fruit powder concentrate) and feels more like a gummy than a jelly now, taste less concentrated, and they are smaller in size than the previous ones.
At first I thought, oh now they’re getting greedy, but the change is probably because the old formula would often melt and escape the wrapper. They’ve made the wrappers super tough now too, haha. I haven’t noticed any changes otherwise (like we still haven’t gotten sick, and they’re still pretty yummy).
They’re still my favorite elderberry supplement gummy, hands down.

When Googling the nutrition facts, it still shows the old product label. I don’t think this is a knock-off.

Normally, I love these gummies, but this is the first time I have ordered the 45-count plastic container as opposed to the individually wrapped ones. The container has affected the taste of these gummies, they taste like plastic. I recommend a recall, this could be dangerous to consume.

Great product , tastes great and so good for you! The product comes in a box. Sadly, they shipped the box in an envelope, and so the box and contents were crushed when we received it.

This has made daily using so much easier than the liquids we normally use. We noticed this past month they changed. They are visually almost HALF THE SIZE they were…but still claiming to be with the same amount of elderberry. This morning as I cut the packages open (You use to be able to tear them open, but no longer, you must have a scissors) one was gushy and one was hard as a Rock. Been using them for over a year now, as does two other families in our family with children. We are late sixties… they are forties and with kids…. Truly seem to make a difference but we use them daily, and enjoy the ease and the taste. Can you answer why the smaller size and the harder to open? Thank you!!!

Taste great and I take 1 every morning. I do feel like they have helped my immune system.
My only complaint is that there’s usually about 10 of them in the bottom of the container that is squished & makes for a sticky mess, but other than that…I like and I will keep taking them

Seriously the best elderberry supplement you can buy! They are individually wrapped so you can take a few with you wherever you go, and since they are highly concentrated, you can eat a piece of one as a preventative or the whole thing if you feel like you are getting sick. My kids and I all love these, and I swear by them. I have convinced many people that these are the best and most effective (and they taste like candy)!
