Okay, the suggested dose on these is 1000 mg, which is a lot more calcium than you’re supposed to get at once. These are pretty good, with a lot of supplemental vitamins (which means you can virtually just take this as a multi, depending on your needs), but I wouldn’t take more than one gummy at a time to avoid complications from unabsorbed calcium in your body (do some simple web searching.. don’t just take my word for it)

The gummies don’t stick together (in my dry enviornment) and are super easy to get down, because they practically taste like candy.
