I tried but I couldn’t get past the taste. Worst tasting gummy for me.

These electrolyte gummies are very interesting. They have a sweet, salty taste which isn’t surprising due to the high presence of salt/electrolytes. I have had problems with low salt in the past and have been told by my doctor to take salt tablets. These are much more pleasant than capsules. I like them, they are easy to bring them in my purse and take as needed. The bottle says not to take more than 8 of these gummies in a 24 hour period. There are 60 gummies in the bottle. I have been taking two in the morning and two in the evening and I think they are helping me feel better so far. These would be great for people who exercise or who do sports. They are low in sugar, are relatively natural and don’t contain any unnecessary ingredients. This is a much healthier alternative to sports drinks that are loaded with sugar and artificial colors. I will purchase these again.

CONS:
(1) As soon as you put one of these in your mouth, you get a musty taste of something that’s stale. The gummies are soft, but they’re also gritty. The flavor is like grape-berry cough syrup that has been congealed into a gummy form. It’s also exceedingly sweet. I’ve tried so many delicious gummy supplements (which all tasted like candy, including the sugar-free ones), and I don’t know how this can taste so bad.
(2) I compared the ingredients to a packet of a popular sugar-free electrolyte drink mix, and this product has far fewer active ingredients.
NOTES:
(1) Maybe you could use this product in an emergency scenario when you need a boost but don’t have water on hand?

I live in Florida, so hydration is something that is a must for me.
I have tried countless brands of electrolytes and hydration supplements over the past few years and definitely notice a difference.
The majority of the ones I’ve taken are in powder form, so when I came across these gummies I thought it would be a great way to get my hydration And an easy way to take these on the go with me.
So I went ahead and placed an order for them, but it has taken me a while to use them since I had other hydration powders that I was using first.
Overall, I think these are just OK.
I think they do a pretty good job, but the taste definitely leave something to be desired.
It is definitely not to my liking so I usually chase them with something to drink, which defeats the purpose of the hydration lol.
I think the price point is fair for what you actually get so I’m giving it a few stars based upon that.
But I do feel that there are other products out there that serve the same purpose with better results.
I feel confident and given this product three stars and I feel that it is a fair rating.

These do seem to provide some hydration and electrolytes. They are easy to chew and swallow, but the taste is not to my liking. They are a convenient way to hydrate when other options aren’t available, though.

I think that these work… The texture is a little bit odd, but other than that, these things are amazing! I believe they’re giving me what I need to stay hydrated
