I’ve been ordering various mushroom blends and find that they do increase my clarity and focus. Capsules of mushrooms can be a bit earthy and not so easy to swallow. Imagine my delight to find these gummies. The “apple berry” is a good way to describe the taste as these aren’t overly sweet and they are not purely a berry taste. There are 15 calories in the recommended serving of 2 gummies and the sweetness comes mostly from sugar, tapioca syrup – the two top ingredients listed under “other”. I prefer these to be organic in my supplements and unfortunately that is not the case with these. I do like that D3 is added at 20mcg as I don’t get as much sun exposure as needed to produce D3 and this is an important vitamin that helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus for strong bones and immune function.

The thing that could be better, especially if you are used to mushroom blends such as this, is the actual extracted mg for each mushroom in the total blend of 456 mg is not included in the description. So it’s hard to say what the dose is for each mushroom and then compare it with other supplements. The description does include that fruiting bodies are used and that is preferred because it is the pure form of the mushroom without fillers and byproducts.
This seems like a good quality starter blend if you just want to try mushrooms for the focus, anti-inflammatory, and healthy gut benefits from the beta gluten. I had no negative gut reaction, the gummies are easy to take, and it does improvement my focus.

I don’t know of a vitamin that tastes as delicious as these apple berry flavored gummies! Since I began taking these, I’ve noticed that my brain fog has lifted and I’m able to focus on projects and accomplish more mindful tasks throughout my work day and into the evenings. Over a year ago, I began researching various mushrooms and their impact on health and immunity, and this supplement consists of a nice proprietary blend of Lion’s Mane, Reishi, and Cordyceps, as well as L-Theanine and Huperzia serrata extract.
The zippered-seal is convenient and I like the bag so I don’t have a pile of pill bottles to pack or vitamin cases to fill when I’m on the go. The gummies don’t stick together, I love the taste, they don’t stick in my teeth, and I simply feel better, all-around. This is a 30-day supply (at 2 gummies / day) and I can’t imagine getting through grueling tasks without these! I take the gummies in the morning and I’m good to go all day long. While supplements have different results for everyone, these get two thumbs-up from me!

I love these. The taste the smell and the effects. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon lull around 1pm. My work production has improved and I feel a sense of “calm energy” which is amazing. Also content and happy but not giggly. I have taken another brand of mushroom supplements in the past and compared to those (no longer sold on amazon), these aren’t as effective. I don’t feel as clear-headed and alert as I would like, but I do feel relaxed. Might use these for weekends only if I can get over the taste – they taste like raisins which is gross.
