It is really hard to tell if a supplement is doing what you want it to do so I will stick with the basics. This supplement comes in a cute little green gummy bear form. It is green apple flavored and is very pleasant to take. The container has enough gummies for 30 days taking the recommended 2 per day. They contain several herbs know for helping detox the liver and also contain turmeric, Glutathione, Beet root and zinc to bolster immunity. I have taken these for about a week and think I can tell a little difference but not sure if that is wishful thinking or reality. I think this is a good product, is pleasant tasting and contains lots of herbs and supplements that are supposed to be helpful to our bodies and is reasonably priced for a 30 day supply.
