It was recommended to me that I start taking Zinc for a minor health issue that I was having, and I tried this brand. These not only have plenty of Zinc in them, but also a healthy dose of Vitamin D, too — which so many of us are missing, now more than ever. I was surprised the flavor of these was so good — very berry-ful, not too sweet, with a teeny tang of tartness. Also the texture is great, too: soft and chewy, but not taffy-tough. And the price is extremely reasonable! What’s not to like? 🙂 Would definitely recommend, and will buy again.

For me, finding gummies that have no gelatin has always been a task. And truth be told, these were the first gummies I ever tried. They taste really good. My husband and I shared the gummies so we were able to finish the first bottle in about 15 days or so. I don’t feel any difference as of now, because I know every thing takes time. But for now, I am being regular with the gummies, and hoping that it does something positive for me. Who doesn’t want a healthy heart, immune system..strong bones and beautiful hair?! These are like eating a couple of yummy gummies. My blood work comes back with good levels of all and they seem to work like a charm. The price is decent as well.

My prescription anti-inflammatory drug was affecting my kidney function; so, I switched to vitamins and other more natural supplements, which includes the zinc. After 3 months, I’d say my new route is better than the prescription stuff, at least for me.
It’s recommended that you take zinc at the same time as the magnesium to help absorption. I prefer Gummies to pills/capsules. No need to take with liquid.

These are really “sugary”. Too soon to tell of the benefits. Have taken other brands so hopefully these will do just a well. Time will tell.

I’ve been taking these gummies for quite a while and the gummies themselves are good. But on the last order they were all stuck together! The weather was warm but they should have bern wrapped in a cool wrapper or container. Disappointed!

Great value Zinc gummies and made in the United States. While most vitamins and supplements are not FDA tested, processing in the US gives you a higher level of quality checks. Better quality than you will get from Chinese supplements. Always check and do your research.
