Got better results than any other soft gel capsule or sublingual. I’m still not sure WHY gummy D vits don’t make me have less symptoms other than the other types, but there you have it, and although i have tried other gummies with less side effects than the other forms, this brand seems to be without ANY of those side effects so far. Confusing i know, but in summary, to me its not about the taste as much as the way I feel within 60 seconds after taking vit d, usually all the ones i have tried, DROP my blood sugar (i am not diabetic, but yes hypo) the other brands make me feel odd, like almost panicky. I NEED Vit D, I have super low D and fibromyalgia (and now arthritis) from the Epstein Barr Virus I caught 30+ years ago now, but up until now i could not take the d, i hope this product is still favorable for my body later, for I never gave up looking and one thing for sure, i CANNOT tolerate the sun. I often wonder if my body would not have over reacted to the EBV if i was not D deficient. Ahh well, its never to late to try something even if damage has been done.

I’m not good at taking vitamins. They have to be disguised as candy for me to make it them a habit. These vitamins are not going to fool me . First thing noticed was the smell, a God awful nostril burning odor. I thought maybe the jar needed to off gas at first , not the case . The odiferous nostril burning continues with every chew . What is that ? The texture is nothing like a gummy. It’s dry and powdery on the outside and doughy inside. The flavor is flat and vaguely fruity, but still so eclipsed by the smell and texture… Awful!
I bought these based on reviews I read here . What trickery! So I decided to do my duty and let the people know.
I consider myself a positive person. My Meemaw said “ if you can’t say anything nice say nothing at all” . This is a grand creed!

Some of the gummies are only half the size as the normal ones! I’m concerned that I’m not getting the full benefit of these vitamins because of the half size compared to the normal size! They have a good flavor of pineapple and is very palatable to my taste!

Took a picture on my keyboard as a size reference. These chewable vitamin supplements are pretty good. The taste is definitely 90% pineapple 10% typical medicine flavor which is about all you can ask for, right??
In terms of mood and energy boost I definitely felt more capable of getting up and moving around when I took one. This quarantine has been draining me so these boosters are a life saver. The only reason I gave them 4 not 5 is because there is a lingering aftertaste and the boost did not last all day for me. Im a bigger guy at 6’4” 300+ so I am not sure if that matters or not.
Overall: Would buy again. Great value.

I’ve been using this product now for about 12 days and I have to say I love it! First of all , it just tastes great and I’m happy that it’s so easy to put in my morning routine . But more importantly, I can see a difference in my energy level and mood! It’s definitely adding vitamin D to my body and it feels great !!

I saw pineapple and hoped these would taste better. They are edible, and I will finish them, but they do not taste as good as Nature’s balance ones. They do have all you need.
