The contains of calcium is 200mg, but I would also drink a lot of milk. So, the total amount adds up. The gummy is delicious with a blueberry flavor. I really like these! 2 gummy squares gives me 10000 iu of Vitamin D3 & also K2 (MK7). I especially like that they’re sugar-free. They have a good flavor & the texture is nice–not too sweet, not weirdly chewy or too sticky. Just right. I have a really hard time absorbing Vitamin D, so I take “Why Not Natural” brand every days (Vegetarian version), but my D dropped a bit when that was out of stock for a while. So while I’m building it back up again, I take the other Vitamin D capsule each morning & use1-2 of these each evening. Since I’m cutting way back on sugar right now, it’s been kind of nice to have these because I can trick myself into thinking I’m still getting a little treat when I’m actually doing something good for myself. Good tasting vitamins with a blueberry flavor. These vitamin gummies have D3 and K2. D3 being good for calcium and phosphorus absorption that should be good for muscle strength. K2 is also calcium focused and is supposed to help calcium precipitate to bones to help increase their density and strength.
The gummies are also sugar free and vegan, which is are a couple of other good features when taking vitamins and supplements.
The package is a 90 count so if you follow the recommended serving of three daily, this will be a 30 day supply. I think if you are looking for a vitamin supplement with a focus on calcium/bone strengthening, these would be a good option to consider trying.
