Covered in sugar. Sugar molecules push most all other nutrients out of the way for absorption receptors making this product less absorbed due to the sugar. Also it isn’t full spe trum vitamin C.

These vitamin C gummies are basically like orange gummy candies, with some vitamin C added. How can they possibly be 60 calories for two gummies? That seems like a lot for the size of these things.
These taste great, and while I’m sure I’m getting more than enough vitamin C in my diet, these could possibly help me absorb iron supplements that I also take. I’ve been incredibly bad at taking any vitamins lately (I don’t take a lot, and when I do take them, I only take vitamin B12, iron, vitamin C to help absorb the iron, and calcium). If these help me more routinely take my iron, then that’s a win for me. I also eat citrus foods on a daily basis, so I’m probably way above my daily recommended dose of vitamin C, but I know vitamin C is water soluble and my body will just get rid of the excess through liquid waste, so I am not worried about overdosing on vitamin C (I just looked up how much I would have to take to overdose, and I’m clearly way under 2,000 mg a day. Phew!).
As some one who has bought vitamin C tablets routinely (to help absorb the iron, something I desperately needed a couple of years ago but I’m less deficient now), the price for these gummies is much higher than vitamin C in other forms. But these also taste good and I have been giving them to myself as a “special treat”. So, might be a good option if you need more vitamin C in your life. I like these, and the price seems reasonable.

If you aren’t a fan of swallowing pills (and my husband definitely isn’t) these Vitamin C gummies are just the ticket. They have a citrusy orange flavor which isn’t overpowering. The texture and experience is similar to those candy orange slices I had as a kid, just a little softer.

As someone who has had trouble with buying counterfeit vitamins online in the past, I was pleased to see Nordic Naturals with such a strong presence on Amazon. We’ve used Nordic Naturals products for years and have always been happy. In the past, we have purchased them through our acupuncturist. When ordering health products I always look for a few things. Most importantly, does the brand have a presence that makes it look like they are officially selling through this channel? Then I look at the individual seller. Is it the manufacturer or a third party? And finally, does it look like I can contact the manufacturer if I have any trouble. In this case, Nordic Naturals checks all the boxes.
Vitamin C is critical especially here in the Pacific Northwest where we miss seeing the sun for weeks at a time and it seems easier to catch any sickness that comes around. These are good tasting and have an ok amount of vitamin C. I normally take 1,000 mg but a couple of these twice a day will get you there.
I’m really not sure what about these makes them “Sport”. There aren’t any special ingredients related to fitness but C is really good for everyone.

We like to use a bit of extra C to up immunity and these gummies are a great way to do that. They are tasty so easy to get anyone in the family to take. As cold and flu season is here, it is important to use any means to stay strong. These are one of the easiest and tastiest ways I have found.

Wow! These gummies taste amazing, they provide a good dose of vitamin C (250 mg or 278% of DV) and do provide a nice vitamin C boost, these do contain 4 g of sugar per serving, which is ok for me, but can be an issue for anyone sensitive to sugar.
These gummies are perfect for sports or sports that require testing as they have the NSF tested certification, which ensures no banned substances are included in the ingredients, vitamin C is great for the immune system and antioxidants.
The serving size is 2 gummies daily, and they taste delicious and are super easy to chew, great for sensitive teeth, provides a 60-day supply (120 gummies), non-gmo and are third party purity tested, naturally sweetened, bottle was well sealed with a great exp date.
