These gummies are a good method to introduce or keep viramin B1 in your daily routine. I have only ever taken B1 supplements in the form of tablets or capsules. These were a pleasant tasting method to change up my routine. They are peach flavored and taste very much like peach candy. They have the liquid filled appearance, but are not actually liquid filled. The dose per serving is more than acceptable for me as the tablets I was previously taking were only 100mg. The benefits of B1/benfotiamine are widespread and can aid in nervous system communication. For me this is crucial.
As with any supplement though, you should take what is best for you with the guidance of your preferred health care professional.

I picked these up the other day because I’m a lover of all things nutritional that come in gummy format; I also had never heard of befotiamine and allithiamine before, and after researching them, I wanted to test this product out and see if it helps with the variety of conditions those forms for vitamin B1 claim to address.
The product itself is atypical for a gummy–its not round or gum drop shaped, but is a cube. On opening the package I was met with a blast of artificial peach flavor that still hits me when I open the jar. To be honest, the smell is a bit off-putting, but the gummies themselves actually taste very pleasant–think those gummy peach candies coated in sugar that you may have had–however, the texture isn’t the best. It’s a bit too sticky, but not the worst nutritional gummy texture I’ve ever had.
Other than the large quantity of B vitamins this product contains, it is also sugar free and contains only 4 grams of other carbohydrates per serving (2 gummies). I’d be interested in trying other flavors from this brand in the future.

I’ve been taking Benfotiamine (Vitamin B1) for several years, and it’s really been helpful. I recommend it, particularly to those who have any type of neuopathy. It’s very good stuff.
I wondered, what could possibly make Benfotiamine any better. Clearly, the answer here is putting it into delicious, fun to eat gummy form. These gummy cubes are quite substantial, and to be honest I fine them a treat to take. I can’t have candy, but this is a great substitue.
You’ll find 30 servings in this jar, and each serving delivers 300mg of Benfotiamine, as well as a slew of other vitamins & nutrients (check out pic #3). What’s more impressive is that each severing (of two gummies) is only 10 calories, with 4g of carbs, and ZERO sugar! Score!!!
This is great news for diabetics, those on a ketogenic diet, or just anyone who is monitoring/controlling their sugar & carbohydrate intake.

These are seriously the best-tasting gummies I have had. They seriously taste a lot like peach ring candy. They are soft and easy to chew, a bit sticky on the teeth. I have noticed a subtle energy increase since I have started taking them daily. I love that they are sugar free. I haven’t been taking them very long but am excited to see the benefits with continued use.

I’ve taken vitamin B gummy’s before and have never had this problem. About an hour after taking the gummy I felt nauseous and queasy and restless. I looked up the side effects from vitamin B and those three was part of it. Unfortunately, I am not able to return this product so I’m a little disappointed.

I do have a beef with the listing and the labeling on this product. But first –
Very tasty. I ordered these for my wife who needs her B vitamins in a convenient form.
Especially as the gummies have methylfolate. I encourage all to look into the benefits and importance of L-methylfolate.
The beef I have ?
On one of the graphics in the listing, included is an icon “made in USA”. I included that image along with my photos.
The QR leads to a page that speaks of how the company strives for purity, etc. No mention of where the gummies are actually made. A USA flag on the bottle next to the QR code. What does that mean? Sure – “distributed by” does not indicate manufacture.
That said – these gummies are quality made and presented.
The problem is these companies need to tighten up on being truly honest with their listings.
Quality manufacturing is very important to me. Not necessarily only USA made. I trust South Korean supplements manufacturing as well as other certain origins.
Globally sourced ingredients are to be expected due to growing conditions and indigenous origins. Because of the requirements of USA manufacturing, I can extend my trust as well as to the sourced ingredients.
When I try something new, I would rather begin with a product made in the USA with all the attention to quality that stands for.

These things are delicious. I’m not a big fan of gummy vitamins. I usually try to chew them down as fast as possible. These I have to stop myself from taking more than the recommended dose. It’s a delicious peach flavor. I thought the inside of the translucent part was liquid but no, it’s gummy also. As far as that energy boost, I can say I believe that works as well. I’ve only taken it a few days but I didn’t feel I needed a nap after taking them. Nowadays even if I have coffee I still wanna nap around 2 or 3. I’m really hoping the nervous system and brain health benefits kick in but of course that is hard to measure.

Benfotiamine is a much better form of B1 than most sources provide. The fact this included three different versions of B1 makes it even more impressive. I wish more companies would try to make products at this level instead of always cheaping out.
And then the flavor of these gummies is great too, which makes you want to take them each day.
