I struggle with acid reflux. Understanding that these are not a cure all, some online message boards suggest apple cider vinegar as a way to alleviate some of the symptoms of acid reflux while others suggest that due to the high acidic content, ACV might actually worsen the situation.
After taking these for a couple of days, I obviously can’t see any improvement, but I’m also not suffering from any side effects. Taking these is like eating candy, so the taste is good. After researching the ingredients, I see nothing to be concerned with other than the added sugars. My guess is that the sugars were added to improve the flavor.
I’ll continue to take these until they are all gone and then update this review if warranted.

I am new to the Careleaf brand, but I like their products. These are pleasant tasting gummies that have apple cider vinegar which is beneficial for weight-loss, blood sugar management, and serves as an antioxidant. These have a nice consistency and smell. There is nothing overwhelming about them and they are easy to incorporate into your daily regime.

If like to take Apple Cider Vinegar as a supplement then these gummies might be just the ticket. They are much tastier than a spoonful of Apple Cider Vinegar, and are easy to dose and just pop into your mouth anywhere. They are tasty, don’t stick to your teeth. Good for those folks on a KETO diet.

I’ve been wanting to use apple cider vinegar for a while for sugar regulation, better energy and metabolism, but I can’t stomach the taste of the liquid. While I don’t believe you can get the full benefits from gummies, a reduced amount and effect is better than non at all. They came in a very nice package with a great seal. The gummies are of the dryer, firmer variety with a sticky chew. The flavor is decent, but not super sweet. You definitely notice a mild ACV taste, but it’s not overpowering and leaves no aftertaste in your mount. I actually think this is good as it affirms the product does at least contain some amount of ACV in it. I was also pleased to see the company name and US address on the label. Not having that would be a red flag for me. One other note of mention is that this product uses maltos syrup and organic cane sugar as sweeteners, which is nice. Too many products today use high fructose corn syrup to save money. I’ve been taking these for 3 days and so far I have not noticed any benefits, but it might take time. And as with any product like this, it’s hard to know if they are really doing anything or not.

These taste delicious and I have been using them for about two weeks. You can tell they actually use apple cider vinegar when making these.
I’m glad I found these since taking the ACV shot makes me gag. I think it might take a month or two to really see the benefits of the product but I would buy these again.

Like all these gummy supplements, it is near impossible to say if they are doing much or not. I haven’t experienced any negative effects from them. They taste nice and are fresh and soft. The price is good, fifty cents a day isn’t bad for a supplement. They are definitely easier on my stomach than drinking apple cider vinegar is (after too many days drinking it I start getting acid reflux, but not with these).
