I eat the maximum recommonded dosage every day because of how delicious this is. They should make more gummies that taste like this. Some healthy gummies have a weird grainy texture inside of being bouncy and chewy, but this one is awesome. I think I find that to be the most important factor for me when choosing a gummy supplement because if it doesn’t have the right texture, I just won’t be drawn to eat it as much. This, I highly recommend if you need some more rhodiola in your supplementation.

The pineapple taste is light but I like it. The gummie texture is, well, gummie-like.
I get a nice pick me up feeling instead of my berberine’s push me out the door energy.
I’m always happy to get anything that has a sugar-free aspect that helps me not go on a guilt trip using nice tasting gummies as a health supplement. Thank goodness!
I have more problems swallowing as I get older so, for good or for bad, gummies are slowly coming into play in my life. There have been a lot of reviews already written on this product. I won’t go into repeating what others have said but will agree that the gummies do somewhat stick together. Not a big deal to me because most on the market these days do that.
I also like the mild pineapple taste and am thrilled they are made in the USA. I am taking several new supplements right now and whether from these gummies or the others, I am thinking clearer, have a bit more energy, am sleeping much better, able to deal with stress better and feel like my mood has improved. But only a little bit as maybe you need to be taking these for a few weeks before more dramatic results occur.

So far so good! The really strong pineapple smell upon opening made me instantly like the idea of eating these! They are so yummy! I take them first thing in the morning because it is an energizing herb and I want to be able to sleep at night. I love the flavor and the chewy texture. They are easy to chew and swallow. I got this because I like Rhodiola Rosea for the benefits it may possibly have with my mood. This ingredient is considered a nootropic by many but what I mainly noticed was slight enhancements with my mood. Rhodiola Rosea is reported to have opposite effects on different people. Some notice it and some don’t. Some say they noticed insomnia while others say restful sleep. Some feel motivated with energy and focus while others feel a sense of calmness and relaxation. Like many other supplements the bodies unique chemistry dictates what, if any, and how much of a benefit or side is going to possibly occur. Admittingly I just tried this ingredient last month and just finished that bottle. My first few days especially day one, I really like what I noticed and basically it was being very happy. Each day thereafter it diminished. And this has been reported by many. I also felt calmer each and everyday but very subtle like. I did not try this with sleep health for fear of the insomnia effect but with this brand it has substantially less Rhodiola Rosea in it than my other brand so I’m giving it a try for sleep Health. I’m currently only consuming one gummy but about half way through the bottle I’ll try two. So far it appears to be doing well. I’m waking up a bit happier so to speak ( placebo effect ?) but only time will tell if that diminishes. I like the Magnesium Glycinate in this for my daily magnesium goals and it does make me personally a bit drowsy which works perfectly with me eating this gummy before bed. I like the B6 and B12 in this for possible red blood cell health benefits. I like the Vitamin C in this for its antioxidant activity and how it may possibly help collagen with my skin health. I would not have even considered this had these gummies not been sugar free. This does not appear to be third party lab tested but I do see where a GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practice) facility was utilized. These taste faintly like pineapple and are pretty good imo. I noticed a difference right away when I took these. But the difference I noticed started tapering off. I’m not sure what that means? If I need to take more? Or what the deal is. I still need more evaluation time to decide what I think of this product. For now, since it worked in the beginning, 4 stars.
