These gummies have a very strong taste. That’s really the best I can describe it: strong. I suspect people will either love it or hate it. I’m still not sure how I feel about it.

If you are interested in ordering a nighttime sleep-aide, I’ve found this to be a good one. The most important ingredient designed to aide in easing gently into falling sleep is (at least for me) Valerian Root. Valerian has been safely and effectively used as a sleep aide for centuries. The other ingredients are also well-known supplements that are useful for inducing a sense of calm and relaxation: Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Passion Flower, and Magnesium Glycinate.
These gummies are soft and easy to chew and swallow. There are no digestive issues after taking them. The flavor of these gummies is described as green grape, but I found them rather bland in flavor. Although these gummies are described as sugar free, they have a slightly gritty texture that is best described as resembling the granular texture of something like confectioners sugar. Yet it is definitely not sugar, and may well be tapioca or pectin. In any case, these gummies are not particularly sweet.
Each bottle contains 60 gummies, and with a 2 gummy serving size, that equals a one month supply. These gummies are effective in inducing a restful feeling of repose. I’ve been quite pleased with the efficacy of the included supplements, and reassured by their years of usage safety and solid reliability.

This supplement product arrived on time. I have been taking Valerian root in many different forms, but this gummy form has been easy and with very good flavor. Another nice feature of this product is that it includes Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Passion Flower, and Magnesium Glycinate, all of which help me relax in advance of going to bed in the evening. Having these all together has been a benefit for me. I take two gummies about an hour before bed and have found it easier to fall asleep. I am not sure these gummies help me sleep longer, but feeling tired after a stressful day is positive for me to rest and sleep. For these benefits, I feel this supplement product is a very good value at the price point it presents at. I have had no negative reactions to these gummies in any way.

I actually love the taste of this gummies. But I could not feel the health difference that it claims to have. But how can anyone feel the difference? And therefore I decided to maintain the five star for this product. It’s really hard to understand how these products are interacting with our bodies. The only thing I could feel was the taste. And I liked the taste. So I would give it a five star.

I got this because of the impressive imo amounts of the ingredients in this especially the Lemon Balm which I do very well with. I actually do well with all the ingredients as far as sleep health goes but I respond more to Lemon Balm than the others. With our unique body chemistries while one or more ingredients may work well for me, they may not work at all for you and vice versa. If you are not sure which ingredients does best for you then this gummy has an advantage imo in offering so many ingredients that are thought to be associated with sleep health possibly. And imo this brand did not skimp at all with the amounts of each one. That’s definitely an advantage gummies have imo being able to hold so much in them. With these 5 ingredients ( Lemon Balm, Magnesium Glycinate, Valerian Root, Passion Flower, and Chamomile) the total weight with two gummies is about 3.4 grams which in a pill/capsule form would have been massive in size imo. I am actually doing just fine with just one gummy which works out well as these will last me longer that way. When I eat one of these what I notice is a very slow subtle relaxing state and that’s what these ingredients have always done for me but more so with Lemon Balm. I did not see where this was third party lab tested but I do see the GMP ( good manufacturing practice) indicator. Also I had no sides with these. Unfortunately, I’ve struggled with insomnia for thirty years. For a decade, I was on prescription sleep medication. I’ve tried a variety of OTC products since then to help me sleep. I’ve had good luck with melatonin, but I like to have more than one product at my disposal. I think switching up what I use helps keep my body from becoming immune to the sleep effects of any single product.
I have used pure Valerian before, but didn’t think it helped with sleep as much as melatonin. This product definitely helps me get a good night’s sleep. Maybe it’s because it has other sleep-inducing ingredients in it: lemon balm, chamomile, and passion flower.
I prefer anything in gummy form. I like the taste of this gummy. I also appreciate that this product is made in the United States and is third party lab tested.

UPDATE: Ok, I took these last night and they really work. I slept all night and woke up with no sluggishness. Excellent product. Will purchase again.
I just got these today. I bought them to make me sleep. I took one today to sample the taste and texture. I must say that they passed the test in that aspect. The texture was soft, not chewy. The taste was pleasant and not bad at all. Now as far as the sleep part goes I will write another review after tonight to address that part. So far so good. STAY TUNED.
