These gummies have a flavor reminiscent of the dehydrated banana chips from the grocery store, except without the crunch.
Years ago, I was taking Maca capsules as part of a largely successful weight training routine. I’m not sure how much Maca contributed, but I felt good about taking it. I’ve been looking to get back into weight training, and I happened upon these gummies. The 1800mg dose here is notably larger than the Maca capsules I’d had previously, which were 500mg each.
Something like this may, indeed, take time to show any benefit, if there are any noticeable benefits to be had. I’m not clear on if this particular Maca is purported to have any of the vitamins and minerals you’d expect to find in a Maca powder, like: iron, iodine, calcium, potassium, vitamin K, and amino acids. Maybe.
At any rate, I’m glad I found these, if only to give them a try. The presentation and, ultimately the product itself, give me the impression that I’m looking at a quality supplement.

These are dry, not sticky.
Taste is more banana, not so much tea.

Firstly – I’ve already used 1/2 the bottle, and I’ve experienced
an energy lift each time.
Not sure if my body is in need of the contents of Maca – EG: iron – iodine – etc – etc
but my endurance uptick is noticeable with-in a few minutes.
(iron – iodine = good for metabolism)
The gummies have a slight (very light) medicinal taste when I first
pop them in my mouth but quickly gives way to a light sweet banana flavor.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about Maca extract and have found it
a benefit in capsules, and it’s in many other products I’ve used

But this is the first time I’ve had Maca by itself in a gummie –
This is a product I’d get again for it’s easy use and quick boost.

This is my third gummy supplement from Mauwe. I’ve enjoyed the others and found them to be exactly as effective as expected.
I’ve taken a Maca Root supplement daily for the past several years. I’m pretty familiar with the affect these cause and I can usually tell when one is less potent than advertised. These Mauwe gummies are exactly what I’d expect – a nice smooth and even energy boost with no crash.
The flavor and texture of these gummies is a little different than the others I’ve had however. They are good, but not delicious like some of their other supplements. That’s not a part of my rating scale though. They are also a little firmer than the others which makes them easier to chew and swallow without having them stick to your teeth.

The description of the product promotes improvement in mood and energy, after 2 weeks of taking 2 of these gummies in the morning, I have noticed no difference in either. I will re-evaluate after longer usage to see if any positive effects develop.
