Overall, a good product. A good price and the taste is fine but about half the time they arrive so then I can’t get them out of the bottle. I have repeatedly, had to break the bottle open and take the melted mass of these out of the bottle and separate them by hand

I’m not a big vitamin taker so I was a bit skeptical when I started taking these. I was taking magnesium supplements and ran out so figured why not give these a try. I would get them again. I have no negatives other than the flavor could be stronger. I have Raspberry flavor. It’s very subtle and has more of a pectin/ gummy flavor than fruity. I definitely feel more energy throughout my day. I struggle a bit late afternoon with my energy level but since taking these I have felt better. I’m also having better bowl movements. I’m assuming due to the magnesium. I don’t know if it’s because of the vitamins but I have noticed less aching in my wrist joints since I’ve started taking them. I would call that a win and would recommend this product.

These taste like you are eating potpourri. The taste doesn’t leave, it says in your mouth for about an hour. I couldn’t even get anymore down because the taste is so bad.
