I’ll be the first to admit that I am not a huge pumpkin fan but these gummys help make it easier to keep up on what pumpkins offer in the way of nutrition. Being an easily consumable and digestible gummie treat does not hurt either. The taste is good so most members of the family should be able to tolerate this product. There were no adverse reactions.

I don’t see much change using this product one in the am and one before bed.
Correction – after stopping dosages and Cranberry gummy dosages I am having difficulty emptying bladder. I will have to experiment to see which gummies helped me.

One serving provides 4,000 mg (4 g) of pumpkin seed. Although sugar-free one serving does provide 4 grams of total carbohydrates. They are vegan, non-GMO, and gluten free. The label does not state country of origin. The label states that they are natural orange flavor. They are pleasant tasting, but just don’t taste much of orange. The pumpkin seed probably masks the orange flavor. This is perfectly fine with me. I would much rather have a naturally flavored product, though a little bland, than an intensely flavored chemical product.
Pumpkin seed and pumpkin seed oil are believed to have many health benefits including benefits for prostate health and hair growth.
Interesting product with an OK taste.

These are a nice mix of pumpkin and orange flavor that are easy to chew. I love pumpkin seeds, so I thought I would give this a go to help my hair and well-being. I haven’t noticed hair growth, but I think I feel better taking them. At least there is no added sugar.
