These gummies are decent – I say decent because I have a hard time trusting gummies sometimes and since these don’t have any type of certifications or indication of quality I’m a little weary. I like the idea of the vitamins they’ve included and appreciate how they’ve sugar free. They taste great too which is a bonus! I do like them overall, I’m just a little hung up on the lack of info.

These gummies provide a daily supplement of anti-oxidants to help fortify your immune system. The daily recommended dosage is a safe amount and I can control my intake by eating just one gummy at a time. It is good to be able to moderate my intake on my own. I like having the knowledge that I can boost my anti-oxidant levels with these gummies. They are a good flavor – strawberry and not too sweet or sour. Makes it easy to eat these on a daily basis.

I take NAC in capsule form and when I saw it was offered in gummy form, I had to try it. Not only do the gummies taste great but they also contain additional supplements. That is a huge bonus. I now take the gummy form of NAC with the addition of glycine. I am now a convert. It will be gummies from now on for me and this brand is good.

I’ve been taking NAC for a while now and I like trying new brands. This one has NAC plus resveratrol, vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, quercetin, glutathione, COQ10 and selenium. The recommended dose to take is two gummies, which gives me the 600 mg of N A C I like to take. The blend of ingredients is good but I don’t like the inclusion of zinc. I’m finding that too many supplements add zinc to their products without also adding copper which is depleted by long term use of zinc. The reason for three stars is that could not find evidence that the products are made in a facility that uses good manufacturing practices or third party testing.

This is a bottle of 60 strawberry flavored gummis which will last a month. The supplement contains NAC, Glutathione, Resveratrol, Magnesium, CoQ10, Selenium and black pepper. I like that this has black pepper to increase absorption. I like that this is non-GMO and has nothing synthetic in it. I also like that it is made in a GMP facility.

I was taking separate vitamins for many of what is included in this like CO-Q10 and resveratol, so to have them not only together but in gummy form is great. It’s sweet but no sugar!

I have been trying to steer away from caffeine as a source of energy and was advised to try NAC. Got a load of this product and figured I’d give it a go. What a difference! I feel incredible. My focus is sharp and I’m not jittery or anxious like I would be downing energy drinks and coffee. I’m going to take this stuff daily for the foreseeable future. Plus, they taste pretty good.
