These are easy gummy supplements to take, made with organic sugar and juice and pectin (no gelatin). The taste is a bit stronger than vitamin gummies I’ve tried in the past, they have a vague fruit taste with an odd, almost peanut butter after taste to them that kind of coats your mouth a little. Not a terrible taste, but not your over the counter gummy worm taste either. It’s understandable, since the active ingredients are a bit bad tasting on their own, I think they made a good effort to disguise the bitterness of some of the items. If you are looking to take this particular blend of supplements, this might be the way to do it.

These are a bit different than the supplements that I’m accustomed to taking in that they are much sweeter and have a familiar consistency that is far closer to a certain type of candy. The candy that I’m describing are those old school orange slices with the granulated sugar on them. These gummies are almost exactly like that, and it is a little different of an experience to eat them because of this. Some may enjoy them simply for this fact alone.
Aside from the sweetness and consistency, I do feel that these are a great addition due to the ingredients included. I would recommend following the advice and general counsel of your preferred health care provider when taking any new supplements or products of course.

These are very soft bear shaped superfood gummies from a company that, based on their website, seems to specialize in Sea Moss, a plant that contains an array of micronutrients. I have heard that Ashwagandha root can benefit my neurological functioning, which is my primary interest in these. There are 850 mg of Ashwagandha, which is a good amount. Burdock has antioxidant and other properties.
I enjoy taking these and believe them to be high quality. While there is 25% of your RDA of Vitamin D3 included I like that they didn’t add a bunch of other vitamins that I already get from other supplements and food sources–and that I don’t need nor want to over-supplement. While some other gummies are sweetened with non-caloric sweeteteners this has real sugar and some people prefer that. It doesn’t make a difference to me personally.
Serving size is 2 gummies, so this is a one month supply. This was free to me via Amazon Vine. I will definitely continue taking this until they are gone, and I quite like the product. I don’t think this is the Ashwagandha supplement I would purchase, but it’s only because I have to watch my pennies. If it’s affordable for you I would say it’s a good option.

I do not know how to really gage the health benefits of the gummies but I suspect they are helping regarding my overall health. You hear so many good things about the various ingredients in these vitamins such as the sea moss, burdock root, bladderwrack. They are suppose to be great for boosting the immune system and what I can say is that my entire household had a bad virus and cold. The only person in the house that did not get sick at all was me. I can confidently say I believe it is because my immune system has gotten stronger from taking these gummies. I’m so on board with these because, my immune system use to be really poor and I every year I would catch pneumonia and/or the flu, so far I’ve had neither. This is the first year in about 6 years that during this time of the year I haven’t come down with any type of illness not even a common cold. I will be taking these gummies from now on and highly recommend them.
