These single ingredient Carlyle sea moss gummies are exactly what I’ve been looking for. Sea moss is supposed to have anti inflammatory properties and provides immune support. I’ve taken sea moss blends before but it’s better to deal with a plain single ingredient supplement, easier to customize for your specific needs without having to worry about having too much or too little of other ingredients, even just vitamins. These are relatively large round gummies and quite soft, more like jelly candy than gummy and not sticky. Serving size is 3 which means it’s easy to downsize the dosage if necessary. Note they are sweetened with 5g of real sugar per serving which makes them tastier with no aftertaste of artificial substitutes. Product is fresh with an expiration date of 6/2026.

These Gummies are an easy way to get the super food in, especially when you are traveling.
This supplement is super affordable, seems like a premium product, non GMO, and other good qualities.
In my opinion it has a lot of sugar… probably why they taste so good.
The fruit flavors are tart and sweet.
I actually Pop one to suck on for a treat.
The suggested dose is 3 gummies per day preferably with a meal.
Would I purchase again….yes.
But I will continue getting my Sea Moss in the more traditional way as well.

I’ve grown to really like this supplement brand and it’s so far so good with sea moss. I feel like it increases my energy and makes me feel less of that winter lethargy. I love the berry flavor too. I will get these again.

This is my first time taking a Sea Moss supplement. When I first ordered it, I did a little bit of research online and found that it has a lot of potential benefits, but typically has fishy taste, which is not optimal for somebody who doesn’t like fish.
I was pleasantly surprised when I tried them and found that they actually tasted really good. It wasn’t until looking at the ingredient list that I realized it has 5 g of sugar per serving, which is a lot of sugar for a small supplement. As a diabetic, I have to be super careful about how much sugar I take, so while I’m going to finish this bottle just to see if the Sea Moss has any health benefits, I’m not gonna be able to take this regularly. I like the sweet taste, but it’s too much sugar for me.

I’ve never used sea moss but have heard of its possible benefits. The description page doesn’t make any claims about the benefits of these gummies, aside from mentioning ‘wellness.’
These gummies have a good taste, with a berry flavor, and are easy to eat with no unpleasant aftertaste. The recommended dosage is 3 gummies per day; at that level you’re consuming 5 grams of sugar, which is considered a low amount but does add to your daily consumption. I really like that these are free from many common allergens: gluten, wheat, milk, lactose, soy, as well as artificial sweeteners.
I’ve been taking 2 gummies per day, and the effect I’ve noticed so far is a boost in my energy levels (I don’t avoid sugar, and can tell that the energy boost is not related to the sugar level of the gummies). I think it will take more time to see if I notice any of the other alleged benefits of sea moss; I’ll keep using these as a way to get sea moss into my diet.
