taste like a really great candy, i couldnt put my finger on it, but it was a gummy style candy i liked in the past. i wouldnt say it was apple cider vinegar taste, but definitely very fruity
I try alot of supplements over the months, and no negative effects from this one. i would not say my memory saw any particular improvement. immune system? fairly well i suppose. a bit under the weather from the mild cold, but didnt get anything serious despite being around alot of sick people.

I love taking these gummy sea moss vitamin supplements. They taste really good, and are easy to chew and swallow. They really do seem to increase my energy levels, and I find myself recommending them to others often. I definitely recommend these to others, and will reorder when I am low.

The biggest drawback for me with these gummies is the awkward taste. I just can’t enjoy taking these, and I’ve been a long-time fan of Irish Sea Moss. Everyone’s tastes are different, so I’m giving this product three stars since I only have one major issue with it. There are much better-tasting Irish Sea Moss gummies on the market. I’ll be going with those in the future.

So I really do like these and can’t complain in any way about the experience of taking them. I just have to keep my self control as they taste like candy to me. I do feel a bit of an energy and focus bump a bit after I take one. The taste is really so impressive especially for having apple cider vinegar as an ingredient. I’ve had other supplements that include that and the taste it gives a supplement is usually not something I would even remotely classify as pleasant. I haven’t noticed any negative impact or side effect to this point when taking these so I do think I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of supplement.

I got these on a whim because I saw that this was a reputable company and thought “why not?” After looking into sea moss, ashwaganda and the other ingredients in this, I didn’t see many potential downsides to this gummy. I’m going to state here and now, I DO NOT typically believe in the health benefits of supplements. I only take a multivitamin because I can tell that it helps with my iron levels, otherwise I take no other supplements. I am a non-believer, if you will.
After taking it for a few days, I can say that I have definitely seen a difference in my immune system! My oldest started public school this year and we have already suffered three rounds of colds in three months and as the third cold was causing coughing, runny nose, and drowsiness in me, ONE DOSE of these gummies had me on the mend the next day, without taking time off from work. I didn’t change my diet, get extra sleep, or rest my body more, and my body kicked the cold after only three days of not feeling well.
While I can’t attest to whether or not my stress levels are lower, the fact that two gummies caused my body to overcome a cold overnight felt monumental during cold and flu season. The gummies are also tasty! They have a light coating of sugar on them and kind of a blue raspberry flavor. They definitely don’t taste gross.
Because I have read online that ashwagandha can cause drowsiness, I take these before bed, so I recommend anybody interested in these to do that as well. Highly recommend these! I usually roll my eyes at supplement claims, but these actually worked for me.
