These gummies are packed with B12 to help support metabolism and energy. Vitamin gummies can certainly be hit or miss with their flavors and textures, but these Solgar gummies most certainly deliver on taste. Awesome raspberry taste (which convincingly taste like candy). Be careful not to be tempted to take more than as directed (1 a day). In my opinion, it has a very slight aftertaste, but nothing that really bothers me. I don’t find it to really stick to my teeth, although others report it does.
The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 star is because I can’t be sure of it’s benefits yet as I haven’t noticed…yet. I’ve been taking it for a couple weeks. I may need to stop taking it for a few days and start again to really take notice of any benefits, so I’m not confidently stating there aren’t.
If after more time I take notice of positive benefits, then I will certainly update my review. I will say that I don’t notice any side effects.

My doctor wanted me to take OTC B12, cause I was low, these are a fabulous way to do that. I love gummy stuff. These gummy B12 taste better than other gummy vitamins that I have had. They are soft and very flavorful. They definitely taste like raspberry. Most gummy vitamins require you to take 2 a day, but this one only requires ONE. Be sure you follow that, and don’t automatically take 2, giving yourself too much B12.
There is a good safety seal under the cap. And I have not had any side effects or negative reaction to them, so I think this is a safe option for a B12 supplement. I recommend this B12 supplement.

The gummies I received are really really chewy and stick to your teeth like gushers. They don’t chew apart like gummy beers which is unfortunate becausen now you have to try to clean your teeth after each time. These will get caught up in the worst places and I honestly think that’s a manufacturing or ingredient issue. The ingredients used create this consistency that makes the gummies too chewy and break a different way that isn’t good for consumption.

Compared to my pharmacy bought vitamins these have 1500 mcg vs 1000 mcg of B12. Which is a little more. Of course, once you go over a certain amount there is no real benefit. Still it’s good to know that they at least aren’t skimping. The taste is a pretty decent raspberry flavor. And there is a bit of juiciness to them that I haven’t had in other vitamins. I like it. Now they are 10 calories per gummy with 2g of sugar, which seems kind of high. For comparison, the under tongue B12 vitamins I took before these didn’t have any calories or sugar. Still, these do taste pretty good. And if that helps you take your vitamins, maybe it’s worth it.
