I got this supplement in hopes that it would boost my metabolism and aid in my efforts to slim down. However I find it difficult to get apple cider vinegar down due to the taste and smell. This gummy completely masks the vinegar taste and smell and is easy to take. Plus it contains other ingredients to boost the metabolism making it a good multivitamin. Only time will tell how well it works but so far so good.

Its a new year, start the resolution right? Well I commit to mine every year. Very clean diet and exercise. I can usually take a supplement to help speed the process if losing the holiday weight. These do not seem to be helping like the others. On top of that, the taste is not great. They truly taste like raisins soaked in apple cider vinegar.

I’ve been interested to try apple cider vinegar gummies for a while now, and I finally decided to give these a shot. I haven’t tried others, so I have nothing to compare them to re: taste & texture. However, ACV is the primary vinegar we use in our house for anything cooking related, so I was curious how these would be. Pros: they’re chock full of all kinds of good stuff, including B-12, B-6, Folate (SO much better for us than synthetic Folic Acid!), Iodine (which our diets require–but keep an eye on it if you have thyroid issues like I do), not to mention the Apple Cider Vinegar, beet root, and Pomegranate (this one especially got me excited as it’s such a powerhouse of goodness). The texture is fine–not too sticky or overly chewy. They come in a cute little apple shape & are a little bigger than a “standard” gummy bear size. The ACV flavor is StRoNg though. I happen to love vinegar, but there is no way my husband could tolerate these. He doesn’t even like the smell of vinegar. This is definitely not one of those supplements where they hide it so well in the delivery agent that you’re not sure if it actually contains any of that ingredient or not. You’ll know it with these. They both smell and taste like vinegar. There is some sweetness there that helps cut the hit of vinegar, but it is not hidden under many layers of sugar & other fillers. On a kind of funny note, I will say that my dog was really curious about these when I was testing them. She really wanted a piece, so after I checked to be sure they didn’t contain xylitol, I gave her a little bit. She initially spit it out, but after a minute, she came back & gobbled it down & then started sitting & doing tricks trying to get more. She’s a super picky eater with an even more sensitive stomach & tends to avoid anything that might cause an upset stomach, so I was very surprised that she was so interested in them. I don’t have intentions of splitting the jar with her, but maybe she knows they contain something she needs….who knows? Recommended (but with reservations if you’re sensitive to the taste or smell of vinegar)!

With any of these supplements I’m also not sure I see any difference in taking them, but like to think I’m making a difference with taking them. You’re immediately hit with the Apple Cider vinegar when you open this bottle. These are quite large in comparison to other gummies and thankfully they only have a slightly bitter/vinegar taste to them. There is no other claims on the bottle.
If you like gummies and are interested in trying this supplement then I would say try these.
$9.99 for 60 gummies/1 month worth is a decent price.

I’ve been wanting to incorporate apple cider vinegar into my health regimen, and this seemed like a great way to do it without having to taste the apple cider vinegar. The taste of these is a little strange and the smell is overwhelming if you take a whiff of the bottle, but I can live with it. The texture is good. It reminds me of gummy candies when they first appeared in US stores in the 80s. The apple shape is fun, and the I like that they are made in the USA.

Got these because ACV has helped before with digestion issues and gummies tend to be (usually?) an easier way to take things. They have a really strong vinegar smell BUT the taste is better than expected (to me) than I was expecting based on the smell. Much better than having to drink ACV. As for effectiveness, it’s hard to judge. I havent noticed any negative effects (that are any different than regular ACV). Time will have to tell as they’re not a daily regimine.

Well, they’re not bad, unless you hate the taste of ACV(Apple Cider Vinegar), since that aspect of it certainly comes through in the flavor. I’m amused that there’s so many asterisks(*) on its page, but the only place you find what goes with that is on the bottle itself: FDA’s warning about how they’ve not assessed this supplement. Thus, unless you’ve some insight into how they actually make these, don’t trust a single “claim”(or similar) they make(they make a LOT of insinuations toward claims but, for legal reasons, they steer clear of statements that could be taken as blatant claims). As such, they’re not worth much. Gummies, in and of themselves, are dirt cheap to make, & so is ACV, so I’d say I value this bottle at maybe $4-$5 or so. They day these kinda supplements make the difference to my life they want me to believe they will, I’ll be raving about it in every review. Thus far, however, I remain a pretty staunch skeptic.

Most people take ACV for digestion or to help lower blood glucose spikes. As a nutritionist, I like to try out what clients report taking. I wouldn’t recommend these. They have minimal tangy bite, which many probably like but suggests there isn’t much ACV in them. With so much sugar, they’re probably adding to a blood glucose spike. I like the iodine in there, but the other ingredients are just so-so.
