I’m bad at remembering to take melatonin before bed to help with my insomnia so having it in gummy form is a huge help. I think they taste pretty good in my opinion so I look forward to taking it at night.
I don’t understand why the bottle says “extra strength” because 5mg seems to be the standard adult dose for melatonin. In any case, my husband loves these and says they help knock him out after he takes only 1 gummy. It seems to help me too, but sometimes I feel like I have to take 2 gummies for it to work – but I may have built up a tolerance (?)
It seems to keep me asleep for at least 4 to 5 hours, give or take.
This is a 2-month supply if you only take 1 gummy per day, so the value of the current price of ~$20 depends on your intake. If this were cheaper, I wouldn’t hesitate to continue buying this… but my ideal price would be more around $10 a bottle.

These melatonin gummies have a surprisingly great taste! I’ve had quite a few different melatonin gummies, and many have an odd aftertaste, or just taste strange, but these have a great mixed berry flavor! It’s not super artificial tasting, overly sweet, or has any aftertaste at all. The texture is also pretty good. They’re somewhat firm, with a bit of a grainy texture but not excessively so. I found it enjoyable.
These are the max recommended dose of melatonin for adults, so you may want to take only half of one at a time. I really struggle to get to sleep and stay asleep so I do take a whole one, and it definitely knocks me out cold for the next 8 hours lol.
Overall I really like these and they’re definitely one of the better melatonin gummies that I’ve tried thus far!

This Strong Earth Organic Melatonin Gummies for Adults is my new favorite! The soft gumdrops have a nice chewy texture and a sweet fruity flavor. They’re easy to take, but they do contain sugar. I take one right before brushing my teeth. I was watching Ted Lasso with the family, wondering if the melatonin was working. And then I fell asleep. It’s a slightly higher dose than I’ve been taking, and I got a great night’s sleep!
These gummies are organic, vegan, and nut-free. They’re made in Spain. They have a secure interior safety seal and a long shelf life. I really like them. Very highly recommend!!

I take 5mg of melatonin nightly and I find that it greatly improves my sleep. If I take less, I don’t sleep as well, and if I take more, I am groggy the next day. So I was very happy to find these 5mg melatonin gummies instead of others where I would need 2-4 gummies to get the same dose.
These have a light, slightly sweet scent to them. It reminded of of apple cider, which I enjoy. The flavor is more subtle than the scent though, and I can’t say they taste was familiar as anything specific but was a pleasant fruity flavor.
Most importantly, I slept like a baby after taking these. Well, like a baby that sleeps through the night, not one that wakes up every few hours to be fed! To me that shows they are a true 5mg dose as I had hoped. I am pleased with these melatonin gummies and will continue using them.

The taste of these gummies is not bad. Has fruity taste and texture is okay too. For some reason this product didn’t work for me. I did not fall asleep easy and woke up in the middle of the night, could not go back to sleep. I have used other melatonin products in the past that have worked really good. One was a pill and one was dissolvable. Not sure why this one did not work for me.

I have trouble sleeping once or twice a month, and historically used Benadryl (25mg works for me). I have recently been using melatonin and L-Theanine, though, and think these work just as well without as much of the lethargic feeling the next day.
I was given this for free through the Amazon Vine program, and this product works just as well ans other, similar, products I have used that contain melatonin. It helps me get to sleep within 10-15 minutes, and I sleep a little deeper than usual, but had minimal grogginess in the morning compared to normal.
Everyone is different, but this seems like an appropriate alternative for someone that doesn’t want to (or can’t) use antihistamines for sleep. I’m always a little skeptical of supplements, because they aren’t regulated, so you never know for sure if they have the quantity and quality of ingredients that they say they do. However, unless it’s attributable to a placebo effect (which is certainly possible), this product has worked the best for me of several, similar products that I have tried recently.
The price is currently $19.99 for 60 capsules, which is a little more expensive than other melatonin gummies being offered on Amazon. Hence the 4/5 star rating.
