I was not really a fan of these, neither was my wife. The taste is just too sugary for us. We did give it to the kids who didn’t seem to mind. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars, perhaps smaller children will find this more palatable.

Sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep at night so if I feel like I’ve been laying there too long I will take 1mg of melatonin and that does the trick for me. I have tried a couple different brands and some work great with 1mg but I’ve noticed others don’t seem as effective. This one definitely kicked in. Seemed to work a little faster than the one I usually use and seemed to feel stronger as well. I know there is debate on how much is really in these supplements because of the lack of regulation and I’ve heard sometimes they have more than stated. Because it worked a little better than my usual one I did wonder if there may be more than 1mg in them. Either way I am ok with them because they work great.
They do have sugar but only 1g so not too bad. I like that they use elderberry concentrate for coloring. Taste is fine. Texture is ok, on the soft side.

These gummies have a great taste and sure to satisfy any child who likes sweets. The consistency is slightly chewy but melts in your mouth. They come out of bottle easily without sticking to each other. I feel like these vitamins give a calming effect but still taking my child longer than I would like to fall asleep. For the current price of $18.99 I feel this is a fair price.

The Cuddly Kids Sleep Gummies are soft, chewable, and have a very sweet berry flavor for which I was not a fan. I occasionally take melatonin to help me fall sleep. Unfortunately, the adult gummies I use are 5mg, so if I want to take a smaller dose, I must cut them. The Cuddly Kids are a lower dose at 1mg per gummy which is perfect for my needs. I took two last night before bed and while they did have a calming effect and helped me fall asleep faster, I didn’t sleep any longer than usual. Overall, they work as expected but the overly sweet flavor will take some getting used to.

These work for adults! I read a recent article saying that there are many unregulated melatonin gummies out there and that unless a bottle has a USP label on it, it’s not regulated and the melatonin amount could be different from what’s on the label. This this has no USP mark and is “made for USA” rather than “made in USA,” I’d be wary of giving it to kids. I’ve been eating half a gummy at night to help with sleep, aware that it might not be .5 mg but another amount. The taste and consistency are just fine.

I don’t normally take sleep aids but recently have suffered some bad nights of sleep. In looking for something on the lighter end I discovered these gummies. Instructions say adults can use them too so I decided to test them out.
The gummies taste really good, clearly with some added sugar to give them a very sweet and candy like taste. This is great if you can monitor intake for someone younger, but could be bad if they get their own hands on the bottle.
The effects hit me pretty quickly. Within 20 minutes typically and I feel a physical sleepiness that encourages me to get to bed.
Overall they are a decent option if you want something with low dosage.

These gummies are made with melatonin, a natural sleep aid that helps to regulate the body’s sleep-wake cycle. It is supposed to be non-habit forming, which is an appeal for me. While marketed towards kids, I got them for myself, as an adult, to take a lower dosage. They seem to be helping with ease me into sleep. The gummies themselves are good, nice chew, sweet fruity flavor.

From my understanding, the research is still incomplete about the effects of melatonin use in children. For that reason, I choose not to rely on melatonin to help my children get to sleep on a regular basis, however I have found it very helpful to have on hand for those nights when my children have a hard time settling down, or when any change is occurring in their lives (e.g. traveling, time changes, holidays, etc.).
These gummies are not sticky, so they are easy to get out, and have a nice strawberry flavor to them. They are soft and easy to chew, both of my kids liked them and fell asleep more quickly. One woke during the night but went right back to sleep. I like that at 1 mg, these are a low dose option.
