As a 3rd shifter these are nice to help sleep during the day without resorting to full on medications.
Mild effect but helpful, I need a good 60-90 minutes for them to kick in. I keep them at my desk and take in the last hour of my shift so I can drop in bed right away.
Almost has a blueberry flavor. Says sugar free but lists cane sugar as one of the higher ingredients so ???
The other parts make this a decent multi effect supplement as well.
Value wise it seems right among others with almost matching ingredients so good, not bad.

These melatonin gummies have a good flavor and a pretty soft chew. I have teeth issues, and have been able to take these just fine. One of the better flavored gummies I’ve used.
They have worked great when I remember to take them. I had to slowly increase to three gummies before bed, because I’m a little more weighty than average. Now that I know how the different dosages affect me, I can either take two and get a relatively normal night of sleep or I can take three and be out pretty much all night.
I’m not a doctor, so I have to say you should talk to your primary to see if taking more would be alright. Two gummies will work for most, and some may only need one. But… these gummies absolutely work, and I’m talking a restful night of sleep. Barring any allergies or possible prescription interactions, get it cleared with your doctor and melatonin may just be what you need to help get much needed sleep.

I ran out of my usual melatonin gummies while on vacation, so Amazon to the rescue. These gummies taste pretty good and I was able to get a good nights sleep using 10mg instead of 20mg in the normal serving. The flavor is clear and does not have a sickly sweet aftertaste and cleans off your teeth easily. Good pricing for the amount you get, particularly if you don’t need 20mg.

I took 2 of these as the directions instructed. However, I did not notice any effect. They tasted decent and were easy to chew and swallow. They did not seem to help me get to sleep or stay asleep.

I really like these melatonin gummies. They seem to be quite effective and I notice that I fall asleep faster, and sleep through the night better, while taking these. The suggested serving size is two, which equals 20mg, which for me is more than enough. I typically only take one and that’s sufficient to help me get to sleep. They taste great, so I don’t mind taking them at all, and I like that they’re gummies, so I don’t have another pill to swallow every day. I also really like that they’re made in the USA.
I think they’re a good value for a bottle of 60 – I’d buy them again.

I have never really tried Melatonin before, although my husband has. He was told that this is a much higher amount than he should be taking, but I got these anyhow and although I don’t have much in the way of trouble sleeping, after taking these I feel like I immediately got a better nights rest.
The first night I didn’t notice much, but on subsequent nights I took one about an hour before going to bed. By the time that hour passed, I was ready for sleep, and usually I have an issue convincing myself to get into bed at a decent time. I slept throughout the night with almost no tossing or turning, barely woke up throughout the night if at all. I will say we have dogs and when one of them had an upset tummy, she whined and it woke me up easily. I didn’t feel groggy or hungover, was able to take her outside and come back in, going back to sleep easily.
The taste is so good I want to eat multiple, however my husband ate half of one and said it tasted awful. He doesn’t usually like berry flavor, and taste is subjective. Overall, I’m impressed and will be keeping some of these around even if I don’t take them all of the time. Sometimes you just need that little something extra to help relax and stay asleep.

This is a high dose supplement. Most melatonin is 5-10mg but this one is 20 in 2 gummies, so you CAN tailor your dose, though you won’t end up with the often recommended amounts of magnesium for sleep. These taste just fine and if melatonin works for you then this isn’t a bad option. I used them to help adjust my sleep cycle during international travel and upon returning home, but not for everyday sleep impact.

I normally take 10mg of Melatonin before bed, but I have been waking up a lot during the night, so I tried adding this 20mg gummy before bed as well, to hopefully stay asleep longer, as it claims. It has not had that effect for me, so I can’t give it five stars. It tastes good, so I am going to keep using it in hopes that it will eventually aid in helping me sleep throughout the night without waking up. I’ll adjust my review if I find that it helps.
