These are well made gummies with quality ingredients that are organic. It also only has 1.5g of sugar which is low. These gummies taste a little tart instead of sugary which is awesome and unique. Needless to say I love them! I got the one that has 10 mg of melatonin which is really the maximum you should take but the direction suggests two of these. I really would take one and it works really well.
Another thing I like about these gummies is that it has some sort of powder on them so they aren’t sticky and all stuck together making them easy to take out and pick up. I would not give these to kids unless you cut them in thirds or halves at most.

Dr. Healdy Melatonin Gummies 10mg arrived as described with no issues. The safety seal was intact and exp date was 9/24.
The gummies are heart shaped and slightly larger than a fruit snack. The texture is firmer than a normal gumming but still easy to chew. They do have a raspberry flavor that comes on slowly after chewing. For a non-gluten, dairy free product they taste good.
Did they work? For me, yes. They put me at ease and I was asleep within 45 minutes after taking 2 as directed. I woke up easily and suffered no side effects since taken them.
Only draw back I see is value. At the current price point they are expensive in my opinion. However, if someone wanted to purchase them, I would recommend the product to them.

The Good:
•These taste nice. Yeah they are a bit chalky, but that goes with the territory when you put 225mg of vitamins and other ingredients in a gummy.
•The other ingredients are : Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Tapioca Syrup, Water, Pectin, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Malic Acid, Organic Fruit and Vegetable Juice for Color.
•I like how they use organic ingredients for the gummy materials
•Price is reasonable
The Bad:
•With melatonin supplements, you never know if you are truly getting what the label says. This brand is not super well known. Perhaps going with a better known brand like Natrol would give me more confidence that I am actually getting 10mg of melatonin.

I received the item with the seal that most supplements have, but no cap, so I don’t know if it was tampered with or even sealed correctly. Bummer because I was really looking forward to restocking my melatonin.

These melatonin gummies are fairly firm, not sticky in texture, and they have a nice flavor. The gummy dosage is 2 per serving, and each gummy is 5 mg. each which is plenty for me.
These gummies are very effective at getting me to sleep and staying asleep through the night, even when disturbances of my monthly cycle often interfere with my sleep quality. I don’t wake up tired or groggy, and I feel refreshed.

Don’t be fooled…these ARE NOT 10mg gummies. They are 5mg gummies. You have to take two to get the touted 10mg. If you think you’re getting a 60-day supply, think again—you’re being hustled. This is only 30 days’ worth…and that price-per-dosage makes them quite costly compared to similar 2-gummies dosages from competitive brands. (My local warehouse store is currently selling their 180-count, two-per-dosage melatonin gummies for $10.99. That’s 90 days’ worth!) To be fair, I will say this bit of retailing sleight-of-hand is a common practice among supplement manufacturers and sellers. By doing this, they only have to produce one size/dosage of whatever, but can offer various dosage packages by simply listing a one-per, two-per, or three-per serving. Some will do the right thing and inform you of this necessary multiple in their ad heading and on the front of the package or bottle; others choose to bury it in the fine print. As always, it’s a “buyer beware” game and it pays to read all the info. All that said, the ingredients list on these Dr. Healdy “10mg” melatonin gummies is okay—not the cleanest around, with more fillers than I like or expect to see at a premium price. But it’s not a bad product. I take 10mg of melatonin every evening before bed, and I will finish off this bottle…but I won’t be reordering.

These were supposed to be gummed but I thought they were extremely hard. Takes a while to work.
