    I have now taken the entire bottle and can attest to the fact that they are a sweet treat while remaining sugarless and the raspberry flavoring is really nice. Easy to chew and they go down nicely. The price with a coupon I see on them now make them a little more affordable. Have not experienced any issues and think they are a valuable addition to my routine.

    I’ve been trading out a lot of supplement pills I take for gummies and tinctures because I don’t like swallowing pills because they sometimes don’t go down very well for me. The huge downside to this has been all the added sugar I’m getting from the gummies which is sort of counterintuitive if you’re taking supplements to improve your health. The upside to these particular gummies is that there’s no added sugar. There’s also no artificial sweeteners. There is “raspberry flavor” and they’re still slightly sweet, but I don’t know what to attribute that to. I didn’t find them overly sticky and they didn’t stick to my teeth which is a plus.

    In addition to the absence of sugar, these are organic, vegan, and gluten-free. According to the label, they’re manufactured in a GMP facility and are lab tested, although I was unable to verify either of these claims. There’s no website for the company that I could find, and a google search of the company name and location yielded no results. There is an email contact listed on the bottle for customer support, but either this is a brand-new startup with limited infrastructure or…your guess is as good as mine.

    While the supplements appear to be of good quality and ingredients, I’m not sure how much trust I can have in the company manufacturing them when they don’t have a website or a way to check them out. I was specifically looking for the third-party testing results, but it looks like they just want customers to take their word for it and when it comes to supplements, that’s not something I’m comfortable with. So, I’m rating these lower not because of the supplement itself, but because of the dubiousness of the claims being made since at the moment, there’s nothing to check those claims against.

    taste is fine, after a few months, the taste started getting less appealing. maybe because its raspberry and thats not one of my favorite berries.

    sleep quality is mixed. I do not find myself falling asleep easier, if anything, more difficult, but not insomniac in nature. somehow when I wake up, I dont feel as tired as I imagine i would based on lack of deep sleep i was getting. now that im finishing up the bottle, time to see what it feels like without again

    i definitely have not been feeling muscle cramps like i do sometimes, but that can be coincidence. everything else hard to tell if any affect.

    My latest supplement is one that I’m attempting to convert to gummy form. They are better to me than tablets and capsules. I enjoy these candies’ raspberry flavor, not sticking to my teeth, and the fact that they have no added sugar. I also value the fact that a GMP facility produces these. They have more magnesium milligrams than several other gummies I’ve tried, making them more potent. The product appealed to me because of the advantages of magnesium glycinate.

    Looking for some vitamin supplements and came across this one. The flavor is really good and so far the ingredients look good as well. I’m gonna take it for three months and see how it does. It’s affordable and it seems like quality product but will know more in three months. It’s hard to review supplements as at times it can be hard to tell if it’s working however, I feel like in three months I should be able to tell the difference.
