Professor’s opinion –
I take magnesium supplements daily to help regulate my sugar levels and improve sleep quality. The triple magnesium complex gummies from the Wellcatcher Store are of good quality and have a pleasant taste. They are sweetened with healthy stevia and do not contain added sugars. Additionally, the gummies are free from less bioavailable, inexpensive, and laxative magnesium citrate.
Each serving contains 400 mg of highly bioavailable magnesium glycinate, along with 200 mg of magnesium malate and magnesium taurate, which contribute to better sleep. These gummies promote relaxation, both for the muscles and the mind.
However, the source of calcium used in the gummies is unclear. It could range from the least bioavailable calcium carbonate to the more bioavailable forms like calcium citrate or gluconate, which is an important consideration.
While CoQ10 can disrupt sleep for some people, I haven’t noticed any adverse effects. I take one gummy in the morning and another two hours before bedtime, which seems to work well for me.

These magnesium gummies combine a variety of magnesium forms—glycinate, taurate, and malate—into a tasty, convenient supplement. Each serving contains 400 mg of Magnesium Glycinate, 200 mg of Magnesium Taurate, and 200 mg of Magnesium Malate. This formula also includes Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin D3, and Calcium, making it a well-rounded option for those seeking to support several aspects of their health. These sugar-free, vegan gummies come in a pectin-based formula with a refreshing white grape flavor, making them suitable for kids and adults alike.
The highlight of this formula is Magnesium Glycinate, known for its superior absorption and mild impact on the stomach compared to other magnesium forms. It’s often recommended for calming the nervous system and improving sleep quality. The Magnesium Taurate, on the other hand, supports heart health, while Magnesium Malate is valued for its potential to alleviate muscle soreness and fatigue. Combining these three forms means the supplement covers a broad spectrum of benefits—supporting relaxation, cardiovascular health, and energy levels.
The inclusion of Coenzyme Q10 and Vitamin D3 adds a nice bonus. Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant that plays a role in energy production, and Vitamin D3 aids in calcium absorption and bone health. This is complemented by the calcium content itself, which is crucial for maintaining strong bones. The gummies provide a solid boost of daily magnesium while delivering a bit of extra support for bones, heart, and overall wellness.
While taking these gummies, I noticed a gentle calming effect, particularly in the evenings when stress was high, and falling asleep seemed a bit easier. It’s hard to pinpoint major changes in bone or muscle health, but that’s expected with supplements targeting these areas. These gummies are easy to chew, with a light sweetness from stevia that doesn’t leave an aftertaste. They’re gentle on the stomach, which can be an issue with other magnesium forms, and I didn’t experience any digestive discomfort. The white grape flavor is subtle and pleasant—definitely an easy way to get daily magnesium.
As with many supplements, the benefits may not be immediately noticeable, especially if you’re not deficient in magnesium. However, the formula seems well-balanced for those seeking to maintain or improve overall wellness over time. For anyone looking for a gentle way to support relaxation, bone, and muscle health, these magnesium gummies are a solid, convenient choice.
**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

This is a nice combination supplement, as much as I don’t like combination supplements because I’d rather micromanage what I’m taking. This one combines 3 types of magnesium with CoQ10, Vitamin D3, and calcium.
The taste is good—I normally don’t love grape-flavored things but it mostly seems just generally fruity. I take Vitamin D anyway and calcium is probably good at my age, so I’m more OK with the combination supplement than I normally would be. I have not found differences one way or the other with CoQ10.
The labeling is a bit strange though. It first says Magnesium Glycinate ADVANCED COMPLEX at 800mg, but then shows the breakdown of the different mag types included. This could easily make someone think the total of mag in the gummies is 800mg + 400mg + 200mg + 200mg, and this could lead to real confusion. I suggest indenting the breakdown of mag types in the complex to avoid confusion.
Overall a good supplement—just needs a labeling fix.

It’s important to know how much magnesium one consumes. In the label, it lists four different kinds of magnesium: magnesium glycinate ADVANCED COMPLEX, magnesium glycinate, magnesium malate and magnesium taurate. None of these can exactly determine how much actual magnesium is contained as each of these ingredient do not specify the exact weight of each substance in the compounds. It’s important that manufacturers include ELEMENTAL magnesium, the actual amount of magnesium so we, as consumers know exactly how much we put into our bodies, which this company making this product fails to do. The lack of transparency convinces me that one serving should be just below the average daily recommended dosage. Sure, it tastes great and the gummy texture is nice, but it still is a huge gripe I have with many supplement companies for not revealing the exact amount of the ingredient we must purchase these for.

Pretty good gummies. Dosage of magnesium is a bit low for me, but that means I’ll consume more gummies than the recommended amount. I am a bit skeptical about about the sugar free advertisement, but I guess that explains the weird taste of stevia in this product. Overall not too bad

Vitamins are a dime a dozen these days. Not sure how good (or bad) a vitamin is by how it tastes, but that’s half the battle. These taste like candy. In fact, the daily recommended dosage is two, so you’re counting down the hours so you can pop two more in your mouth.
I would imagine these contain the vitamins it advertises, so if that’s the case, these are pretty good. Time will tell. I have no way of determining the quality of the vitamins, but if I have any adverse effects, I’ll be sure to update this review.
