I been taking these for about 3 years. About 20 minutes before I want to go to sleep a take two. I get about 5-6 hours sleep before waking. If, for some reason, I “forget” to take them, I wake up in about 3-4 hours. I feel really rested when taking them. The taste is good too. Just chew them…

I have had trouble with getting a sound sleep at night. My mind races and won’t shut off! I take one or two of these about a half hour before bed and the next thing I know, it is morning! It also helps with the pain I have in my hips which often kept me up at night. I am able to get comfortable enough to relax; the pain subsides after taking these. The taste and texture of the gummies are great. They are like the gumdrops we used to eat as a kid. However, they are a bit “sticky” so be sure to brush your teeth after taking. I will definitely be ordering these again – the price is right.

These are great to relax. I do not find they relieve any pain for me. I take two at night while getting ready for bed. Worth the cost. I have purchased several times. These are not very strong but are effective for relieving anxiety.
