These gummies are delicious and offer a solid way to get your Glucosamine fix. It’s tough to really gauge bone and joint health just by going about daily life. However, I can say that when I work out, my joints feel great and I don’t have any stiffness. Plus, I enjoy taking these every morning, which makes it easy to keep up with my supplementation.
The only downside I experienced was a bit of stomach discomfort during the first couple of weeks.

I recently ordered the Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM Gummies in Elderberry flavor and I was pleasantly surprised in both quality and taste! The elderberry flavor is slightly sweeter than I anticipated but not overwhelmingly so, making them taste more like a treat rather than just another health supplement.
Having taken various joint health supplements before, mostly in capsule form, I’ve often found it challenging to keep up with them due to their size and difficulty in swallowing. Enter these gummies: they are incredibly easy to eat without fear of them sticking in my teeth, a common issue with many gummy vitamins. With 1500mg of Glucosamine, 200mg of Chondroitin, and an additional 1000mg of MSM, they pack quite a punch when it comes to supporting joint health, which is something I was looking for given my active lifestyle.
I really like the formulation that includes not just joint support ingredients, but also bioavailable Calcium, Vitamin D, and Hyaluronic Acid. Hyaluronic Acid is well-known for its hydrating properties and its ability to act as a lubricant for the body’s joints and skin.

I got these Glucosamine Chomdroitin and MSM Gummies because I had already tried gummies containing supplements and found them very pleasant and I was running out of my regular tablet form.
Initially I was hesitant to consider gummies as a source of supplements thinking they’re designed for children to help them take their vitamins/minerals and probably full of sugar (which I’m trying to minimize) and glycerin, which I consider an unnecessary oral ingredient, but after examining closely the product description and label I realized it had very little sugar and no glycerin. So I decided to get them and try them.
Now you can’t swallow the gummie; it’s much too big-you’ll choke on it. It is designed to be chewed and it has a very nice flavor. So I look forward to my daily dose which I try to take after a meal, like a desert treat. But now I have a new “problem” – to resist eating more than one because they’re so delicious. For that same reason it’s very important to keep them out of the reach of children who might think they are candy.
Conclusion highly recommend and you get a two pack.

These gummies are a super easy way to supplement. The bottles have child proof caps, which is a plus since the gummies look like candy. I love that the gummies have multiple ingredients in one serving which helps cut down on the total number of supplements taken daily. They smell a little odd in the bottle but have a fairly sweet and pleasant berry flavor with no weird aftertaste. They are small and soft, easily chewed and swallowed. They have caused no stomach upset or digestive issues when taken as directed.

This review is for a 2-pack of Glucosamine Chondroitin Msm Gummies (a Glucosamine Complex Supplement), in Elderberry flavor.
These gummies turned out to be a great value as they came in a two 2-pack. They arrived in good shape, too. The gummies smelled good upon opening and I found their taste a slightly sweeter than I expected from elderberry – but not overly sweet, which was quite pleasant. Since I take quite a few supplements, most of them in capsule form and wanted to add one back in that might enhance joint-health and prevent discomfort due to wear and tear, I’ve been keen on trying one in gummy form. Similar joint-health-targeted supplements in tablet and capsule form have always been pretty big and not so easy to swallow, making them a bit of a hassle for me, to where I even dreaded taking them. This product, however is great!
The little gummi bear-shaped gummies have a soft texture and don’t get stuck in my teeth. I wish I’d found them sooner because I used to be in a profession that really called for extra joint support and a colleague recommended taking a supplement that doesn’t only have 1500mg Glucosamine and 200mg Chondroitin but also MSM. And this has an additional 1000 mg MSM, bioavailable Calcium, and Vitamin D! I also hadn’t noticed at time of purchase that it also has hyaluronic acid and that’s a major plus, as well. You can think of it as a water-loving lubricant for the body’s moving parts and for skin hydration (feel free to do a little ingredient research as I am not a medical professional — but from my experience and personal research I can definitely recommend this on all points). Further, it has less than 1 gram of sugar per 2-gummy serving, which I appreciate, as well.
Just two words of caution:
1. Do NOT buy this if you have a shellfish allergy!! A warning is on the labels of the containers.
2. If someone handed me some of these as a treat, I’d never know they’re a health supplement. I’m not sure if you can overdose on these but if you have kids, I’d lock them away between taking them.
Overall a fantastic supplement I can definitely recommend though!
