The formula is fantastic – ginseng and ginkgo biloba, along with ashwagandha, maca root, valerian root, rhodiola rosea, magnesium glycinate, and vitamin C – all the key ingredients that helps calm my mind and improve my mood. And once I am less stressed, I can focus better. As far as the effect on memory? I can’t tell. But I do love the relaxed feeling I get using this.
The ingredients are organic and non-GMO.
The flavor is DELICIOUS – natural apple (not sour-apple). If I didn’t know it was flavored with apple, I might have guessed it was pear flavored. Regardless, it tastes great and I have to control myself from not eating more than the daily 2 serving size.

These gummies are advertised as being safe for children. However, some of the added herbs are adaptogens, which are not advertised on the front of the bottle. They are at a very high dose for a child, let alone an adult. I’m glad I checked the label after purchasing, before I gave them to my children.
