These have too much sugar for my taste – they taste like a gummy candy but have the sugar content to match. I take my vitamins often at the end of the day and usually skip these bc I don’t want to spike my blood sugar. Other than that, I like how many ingredients are packed into it, it tastes great, and it doesn’t cause any unpleasant side effects like stomach pain

There is sugar in these gummies, and lots of great supplements, helping with many of my health issues. Green tea and black pepper give me a little boost to the energy I need daily. They taste great and 2 gummies a day as they recommend, give me a months supply. They cover a lot of ground in the compilation of the ingredients.

I’ve grown tired of gummie vitamins and supplements mainly because they tend to stick together, and the walls of the bottle, making it nearly impossible to get them out. This never, ever happens with your traditional pill, but with certain gummies it is a problem. Also, the addition of sugar, to make it palatable, is a negative I look out for. In the case of these gummies, there is 2 grams of added sugar, but so far they were easy to get out of the bottle, mainly because it was so big/wide. The taste was yum (added sugar), and hopefully there was some actual health benefit going on as well. They were a bit too expensive for me to keep buying them though.

These are pretty small and chewy. I didn’t have any problems taking any. It doesn’t say anything on the bottle what this is for and why. I suppose if one is already taking some of these ingredients then they’ll know but they don’t really take the time to inform newbie’s on what it does and why. One will need to do their own research and ask a healthcare professional if this product is beneficial for their body

Honestly, I have no idea what these are supposed to do or if they help anything in particular, but they taste really great and I do feel better overall on days I take them. So I’ll be buying more when I run out!

This is not the best tasting gummy, the sweetness and fruitiness level is low, just a somewhat chalky pineapple flavor, but the taste doesn’t linger in your mouth so I would be okay to keep taking it. I prefer it have sugar in it, that’s why I’m taking a gummy otherwise why would I not just take a capsule? The entire point is making vitamins into a treat. Two grams of sugar is nothing to be concerned about, even as a diabetic.
I was particularly interested in this because I already currently use Forskolin and Butyrate, so it would be nice to eat two gummies instead of swallowing four pills just with these two things. I also sometimes use the other items, which would be another four pills at least. It will take some time to evaluate whether this route seems as effective or not, it should be obvious with the forskolin if nothing else since I use it as a laxative. Also just the forskolin alone costs me more than 13 per month, so if it works, it would be a good value for me as well.

I was looking for a supplement to help my skin and this popped up in my feed; after noticing that it contains good ingredients like green tea, turmeric, black pepper (which enhances the action of turmeric) and Butyric acid, I decided to give it a try.
The “Shizam Forskolin Sodium Butyrate Pterostilbene AKG Alpha Ketoglutarate Gummies w Green Tea eGCG Coleus Forskohlii Turmeric Curcumin Black Pepper Extract, Butyric Acid” gummies (what a mouthful!) are relatively tasty; and perhaps they work well. But they contain corn syrup, which I hadn’t noticed on the label (too impressed by all the other quality ingredients, I suppose); corn syrup can cause digestive issues, so I avoid it.
Were it not for the corn syrup (which I feel is unnecessary; there are enough other ingredients that provide sweetness), I would continue to take them; and I wouldn’t try to deter others from giving them a try. As it stands, though, I’ve had to put these aside, and look for another power-packed supplement to try.
