I questioned the quality of the extract at first, because i didnt notice the effects the first time. I took 4 total, and i was asleep all day the next day and didnt realize it was from the blue lotus. This time, I decided to try to go deep for dream exploration and ended up taking too much and now im sitting here with my eyes drooping and half in dream land 12 hours later. Another tip, the effects last for up to 48 hours. If you are looking for something narcotic in effect, this is not a fast acting relaxant. It takes time for it to work and time for it to stop. Proceed with awareness of these things. Excellent company, love their herbals. Great quality and not a bad price.

I can really tell a difference between when I use these and when I don’t! I’m able to get to sleep quicker than usual and don’t wake as often (though I still do at least once or twice). They also have a great taste, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend!

Like all vitamins it’s hard to gage if it’s actually doing what you expect it to do. But I will tell you what I know. These gummies taste good and have a nice texture. I’ve had no negative side effects from it. It’s made in the USA and the ingredients seem to be high quality. Also it’s vegan. It feels like these vitamins are a no brainer. You have nothing to lose.

It’s hard for me to really rate these because I can’t really tell if they’re doing anything for me. I’m not experience with blue lotus botanicals so I’m not sure how they affect me personally, with these I didn’t feel any noticeable effect, they may have calmed me a little but if they did it was nothing noticeable. The gummies themselves are fine, no odd taste and texture was fine; they’re just basic square gummies. Given the price of these I’d shop around and maybe try one more thoroughly vetted before settling on these.

I’ve not tried lotus flower products, but ordered with the promise of relaxation and calm. I don’t know if effect should be immediate or after a few days: not clear by the listing.
The gummies are squares and one is the dose, so the bottle holds 30 days worth, but I don’t think I would be taking these daily. Smell is not pleasant, but the taste is ok, but lots of sugar coating is probably what I taste.
These gummies are not sticky out of or in the bottle. Chewing the gummy is fine: not too hard or too soft for me and they do not stick to my teeth or my dentalwork.

When I ordered these there was not a picture on the listing telling the ingredient list, so I was saddened to see that sugar was on the list. I think the ingredients label is simply too small a font and for consumers to be able to read it clearly (also it was covered by a sticker that I had to peel away with difficulty) – to be honest that gives me pause about using any product.
I did try one gummy and found the taste was just okay, not very enjoyable to be honest. The effects were not noticeable at all to me.

Firstly, I love how these are made in the US, they also taste excellent great ingredients and definitely calming! I would say my only complaint is there’s a decent amount of sugar… Recommended and will be re-ordering.
