Iron supplements drop like a lead bomb, but these ones don’t. And they’re the best tasting of the many, many I have tried. That’s not to say that they are delicious, but I can chew them and get them down without a problem. The smell/taste/ingestion doesn’t give me that sickening feeling that most of us who take iron are familiar with! Definitely worth a try.

As someone who’s anemic, I’ve had to take iron for years, and the pill forms usually leave a nasty metal aftertaste that lingers all morning. These gummies, though, are surprisingly sweet with a fruity flavor that makes taking them much more tolerable. They’re also vegan and sugar-free, which is a bonus! Even though there are 60 gummies, a serving size id two gummies, so there are only 30 servings per bottle. I appreciate that it’s sweetened with xylitol instead of sugar. Xylitol is a healthier sweetener for my body, although I have to be careful with it around my dogs. I like the blue teddy bear shapes. The gummies are firm, sweet, and delicious. They have a bit of an unusual flavor that I find appealing.

My wife has recently been a bit light headed and dizzy and it’s been due to low iron in the past so I quickly got these to try. They havnt solved the issue as of yet but I’m sure it will take time to get the levels back to normal. They do taste good. They remind me of those kids vitamins that we would crunch on that were shaped like animals. And along with that flavor there’s the noticeable blueberry hint to it also.

Great taste and texture – it would be nice to find regular gummy candies that are similar. These are a good supplement if you’re a vegetarian/ pescatarian that isn’t getting the amount of iron from a comparable diet that includes red meat.

I really hate taking iron pills. Even though they are usually tiny, I hate the taste so much! So I’ve been so excited to find that these come in gummies! This is my first time trying blueberry gummies, but they are pretty nice. I do think both the flavor and the smell are a little weird, but not off putting and I don’t mind eating them at all. They are a good texture, firm but easy to chew. They stick to my teeth a little bit but not as bad as some others, and only for a minute or two. I take iron to be able to donate blood, so I am definitely giving these 2 thumbs up.
