I am an adult who is taking these. I find they have a good texture; they do not stick to my teeth or dental work. They’re nice and chewy and have a sweet flavor that is not overwhelming.
I like that these do not contain gelatin. According to the supplement facts panel the serving size for children age 13 or more is two gummies (it is one gummy for younger kids) which is only 12 calories and 3 grams of carbs for 100% of the RDA of iron plus other vitamins I don’t get enough of including an assortment of B vitamins.
I do not experience any digestive changes or stomach upset when taking these gummies.

These iron gummies make it a lot easier to get kids to take their daily dose of iron. No need for water or worrying about spilling. These iron gummies as sweet in flavor which the kids like and the gummies are easy to get kids to take as the texture does match that of regular non supplement gummy bears. The bottle contains 30 or 60 servings depending what age your kids are. Overall I think the form factor and taste won over my kids but the fact that they are taking their daily dose of iron is what won me over.
