I regularly take turmeric since it’s well known for helping the body ward off inflammation. The downside is that turmeric isn’t for everyone since it has a distinctive flavor. I have grown accustomed to its flavor and I regularly use it in different foods because of its wondrous benefits. Lately, I have been taking the Vegan Turmeric Gummies by MaryRuth’s. A harmonious flavor combination of mango, peach, and lemon, these gummies are suitable for those who don’t incorporate turmeric in their daily diet or simply don’t like the distinct taste of turmeric! I haven’t been taking these supplements that long and have already noticed a different lower back pain + upper back tension. My husband isn’t really a fan of turmeric, but he loves this brand and has been taking to help reduce inflammation due to rheumatoid arthritis.

Great flavor and I love that this is a “clean” product. This was little pricier than I had hoped, yet it’s hard to find a quality gummy without all of the junk that still tastes good, so we are paying for that quality! I typically purchase KAL chewables or ALIVE and this line is great to add in for myself and the kids!
This one in particular is a bit oily, so I keep it quarantined from the other dailies otherwise it will leach and either cause breakdown of the other vitamins or staining of surfaces. Taste is typical turmeric but pleasantly sweet and fruity! I give this to everyone for overall health reasons and I take myself to manage broken joint pain when the elements, activity or age remind me of its history. The kids love this and have never refused or balked at the flavor.

Love Mary Ruth’s vitamins and thought I would try this out, one because I haven’t tried any gummies and two because I’ve heard good things about turmeric for inflammation. The only thing that sucks is the flavor is awful. At least with a liquid you can take it like a shot but these are just the last thing on my mind when I go to take my vitamins everyday.

Love Mary Ruth Organics!! I have been taking their vitamins and supplements for at least 5 years now and have loved everything I’ve tried from them. All of their health supplements are non-GMO, plant based, made with the highest quality vegan ingredients and taste good! Most recently I tried the Vegan Turmeric Gummies. Turmeric is a wonderful antioxidant and anti inflammatory and these gummies have a full daily serving of Curcumin (turmeric) in just 2 delicious gummies! I highly recommend all of the Mary Ruth products for the whole family!

I have been taking the Vegan Turmeric Gummies for a few weeks now. The taste is amazing. I have never tried a Vitamin gummy that I truly enjoy taking. The recommended serving size of 2 gummies 2x a day. The texture is different than most gummies which I actually really appreciate! It’s more of a natural chew than a gelatin based. I was pretty impressed when I received these because none were melted even sitting in 95 degree weather in my mailbox for a good portion of the day. I will say that when you open your bottle the inside is stained yellow. When you pour the product into your hand it will leave your hands yellow as well, so be sure to wash your hands after. In all, I absolutely love this product! I would really like to continue trying Mary Ruth products. The only downfall for me would be the price, but I know they’re high quality and for that you have to splurge sometimes.
